There are 2 BRs. 1 Master BR with a queen bed & full bath. The other smaller BR with 1 twin trundle bed with ( 1 additional twin mattress)and full bath. Full kitchen and living room. On a 5,000 sf lot. You can hear the train from a short distance which is moderate to loud at times. It can be soothing if you don’t mind it.

Looking for a beach break? Located 1.43 miles from the Atlantic Ocean. Brand new, immaculate little guest house over our garage. About a 30 minute drive from Palm Beach International Airport. Many delicious restaurants nearby. There ARE stairs to get to apartment, so keep this in mind, before booking. There is One King bed, and two twin beds. The guest house is small, but has everything you need. The host lives on the property, so if you need anything, you can text them, and they will assist.

Conveniently located between Stuart and Jupiter, close to Jonathan Dickinson state park, surrounded by many golf courses and boat ramp accesses. The house has a long driveway amenable to park your boat and truck. A short 30 min north of the West Palm Beach international airport and 100 miles from Miami international airport.

Tropical "Zen" Garden in back. The heated pool is in a very private setting next to the cottage. Newly remodeled Bathroom, New Flooring throughout, and a new Mini-Split, Air Conditioner. The entire cottage is freshly painted. The cottage is half a block from the train tracks. This is part of the old Florida charm.
