Hokkaido : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

ホストの人柄と感性をいたるところに感じられるお部屋です。写真通り、いえ、写真以上の風景と空間が待っています。小樽の中心部へは車で30分位と程よい距離感。今回は行かなかったですが、札幌へも30分位なので、レンタカーでの北海道旅行の拠点の一つとしてお勧めします。

2025年5月3〜4日に宿泊。 ホストはとても親切な方で、連絡も取りやすかったです。 ベランダから見える風景もとてもよく、綺麗な施設だったので僕も親も満足しました。 場所は小樽駅からは少し離れていたが、僕の場合はレンタカーで行ったため問題はなく、無料駐車スペースがあってとても助かりました。 楽しい時間を過ごすことができて嬉しかったです。ありがとうございます！ また小樽に来たら泊まりたいです！

Yumi’s place is clean and comfortable. Our family of 4 had a good night rest after flying for hours, then a half day road trip to Otaru. We are so glad we chose this place. The place is private and also close to the main Otaru attractions.

We used the place mainly as our home base for snowboarding in Rusutsu and Niseko, so I can’t speak about the other activities nearby. The drive was about 35minutes to Rusutsu and 55 minutes to Niseko. We didn’t have problem with the roads even though there’s snow. The place has a washer and although there’s no dryer, our clothes (mainly base layers and socks) were able to dry without problem just by hanging them. Seicomart and 7 Eleven is also just a short drive away if you need anything. We usually leave early morning and come back late at night so I can’t say anything about the neighborhood itself. Heating is a combination of oil heater and electric heater, so there’s a gas smell but it didn’t bother us. Some sensitive people might get bothered by it but our group are not a bourgeois group. Finally, Rika is an accommodating person and is very fluent in English, communication is not a problem.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Wir haben uns kurz Sorgen gemacht, dass wir die Anweisungen zum Check in mit der schlüsselbox nicht verstanden haben, aber der Gastgeber hat innerhalb von Minuten auf unsere Nachfrage reagiert. Der Check-in mit flexiblen Check-in Zeiten war dann sehr einfach. Das Haus ist in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und dank der Wegbeschreibung sehr einfach zu finden. Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Alles wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben die Unterkunft genutzt um Tagesausflüge in den Shiretoko Nationalpark zu machen. Ich kann das Haus und den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

オーシャンビューという最高のロケーション、広々とした空間、高級感のある調度品など、すべてが最高でした！ 経営者仲間5名で合宿しました。本当に楽しい時間を過ごさせてもらいました。 仲間は夏も家族とか社員との合宿とかで使いたいと言ってました。 札幌からも近いですし、確かにそういうのには良いかなと。 セイコーマートというコンビニも近くて便利です。 あと串銭という居酒屋がめちゃくちゃ美味くて安かったです。 徒歩8分くらいの場所にあるので、是非とも行ってみて欲しいです。

Très belle maison bien située dans un village superbe. Le logement est grand, très propre, bien organisé et confortable.
