The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. This space is newly updated with a brand new hot tub and fire pit. There is plenty of room for all the family here as the cabin accommodates 13 people comfortably. We are located 20 minutes from Berlin/Amish country and 20 minutes from Mohican/Loudonville area. Come visit beautiful Holmes County!

You can expect to enjoy a quiet crackling of the fire with the sound of water coming from the creek that puts you in all of your surroundings, away from all the busyness of life. Besides the lovely stay here at the cottage, there is lots of fun thing to do with in 5-20 minutes away from your Cozy Cottage like Kayaking/tubing down the river or hiking back in to see some fantastic water falls.

On the popular Wally rd. We offer a remote setting on 7.5 acres with private access to the Mohican river. Enjoy your morning coffee on our covered porch then walk down a private path to tranquil views of the river. We are located on the less explored area of the river making this the perfect place to unplug and relax. Adventures are close by, we are located within 2 miles biking trail’s, and the wedding venue. Within 10 miles of the Mohican state park and local canoe liveries.

Views of river can also be seen from the Kitchen and Living Room windows, the two downstairs bedrooms, from the patio and basically any where in the back yard. We are located just 6 miles down river from Mohican Adventures and 7 miles from the main entrance to Mohican State Park.
