Three bedrooms, two full baths and an open concept main space makes for a perfect family stay, or a great landing space for the friend group hitting the slopes or our many other thrills. Conveniently located just minutes from the Juneau International Airport and downtown areas, Fred Meyer and Starbucks just down the road! Individual climate control units with heat and AC. Beautiful countertops, top of the line appliances, washer/dryer in the enormous master closest, cozy King sized bed and giant TV. The couch pulls out to a queen sized bed, and there are twin/full air mattresses in case you need to squeeze another kiddo or friend in there. You will love this brand new condo!

Anchor Bay

Anchor Bay is a brand new construction just steps from the beach. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen and pantry. There is a new gas grill located outside for grilling. It has a large dining table that seats six and adjoining living room that has an electric fireplace and Samsung frame TV. It has a full size washer and dryer. It is located within walking distance to Totem Park, the Raptor Center, and downtown Sitka, and Harbor Mountain Brewery.

Kasiana Island kayak cabin

Kasiana Island Cabin sits on the west shore of Kasiana Island, 1 mile southwest of Sitka, Alaska. The cabin was built in 2011. This remote site is generally accessible year-round by boat. It can be accessed by kayak weather permitting. Visitors are responsible for their own travel arrangements, or hire me. Guests are responsible for their own safety, and must bring their own amenities. Water is available by rain barrel, A cooler provided and bbq, bring ice. Waterproof boots are a must!
