Mary’s place was very cute. It was clean and we had everything we needed. We appreciated the extra touches like information about the area and she even supplied an extras like a toothbrush and tooth paste , and makeup remover, and water. I would stay here again and I recommend it to anyone looking for a cute place in the area.

We came to the San Luis Valley to visit family. We came from Kansas and Oklahoma. The house far exeeded expectations. It was very stocked, kitchen had everything to cook. I did an apple pie and forgot nutmeg. I found some in the cabinet! The yard was perfect for the children. We did all the local things: aligator farm, pool, sand dunes, and even drove up to Monarch Mountain to snow tube. The dark skies, sunrises and sunsets, were perfection. The home feels so warm and welcoming. We loved our stay here and highly recommended.

This view moved me to tears—it was absolutely breathtaking and everything we had hoped for when we decided to visit Westcliffe. The stars were mesmerizing. I highly recommend timing your stargazing for when the moon is less prominent; around 4 a.m. in early April, the night sky truly comes alive, revealing that magical “galactic dust” effect you often see in promotional images of the area. The town itself is charming, with incredibly welcoming locals who shared wonderful stories. Everything is conveniently close—there's even a bowling alley within walking distance of the house. For a memorable day trip, the Royal Gorge is a must-see, especially if you're en route to Colorado Springs. We picked up some fantastic steaks from the local butcher for dinner, and the cozy fireplace made the snowfall outside feel like a scene from a movie. The only thing we missed was a grill, but aside from that, the house was exceptional.

Gary's place is very clean and peaceful. The condo has a beautiful view of the mountains. Parking is very close to the entrance. We were there to visit with cousins who live in the area, so we didn't cook in the kitchen. Gary's instructions are clear and easy to follow. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets. We would stay here again and recommend that others stay here too.

Really amazing place! Views were incredible, it was really nice having some space to walk around. There's a beautiful gorge/canyon a couple hundred feet at the back of the house. Small hiccup checking in but it was resolved immediately. The house had fun art and a cool setup. Heat worked fairly well, we were a bit cold the first night but I think it was something like 6° outside. The heat kept up the rest of the time. The property was so isolated that sometimes when you were outside it was either completely silent or only the sound of wind. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the Ryan's place. we could find everything that we needed. this place exceeded our expectations (location, cozyness, clean, so beautiful place). Ryan used to response faster and whit all the information we asked. thank you so much!!!

We loved our stay at Tracey’s place! We thought the high ceilings, furniture, and overall interior design were great. The place was very clean and ready for us. Only things we thought could be better 1. Bath towels were a bit cheap and old - could be replaced 2. Bed was small and the ventilation in the bedroom isn’t great
