Meadow view Elford, spacious & dog friendly

Our dog friendly, modern two bedroomed bungalow (next door to our family home) is situated on a country road. Two large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, one large bathroom. Large light open plan dining/living room with french doors onto the south facing, pet safe garden, equipped with patio area with seating. The kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a washing machine and sink in the utility. Three car park spaces. Outside enjoy field views and meet our lovely animals.

Our lovely cottage has the best of both worlds; set in a village (with 3 pubs) only a train ride away from Birmingham (25 mins) or Lichfield (5 mins). The NEC is only a 25 minute commute Enjoy a log fire in our cosy lounge during winter or a BBQ and a game of table tennis in our garden during the summer! Well located for Drayton Manor, Thomas Tank land, Snow Dome, West Mids Safari Park, Twycross Zoo, the Peak District, also the Belfry Golf course and many more. The Nat Arboretum is 10 miles away
