Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Englische Garten, Odeonsplatz oder der Marienplatz sind alle in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung besitzt zwei moderne Bäder mit Dusche und Badewanne. Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.

The sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed with a mattress topper. On-site parking: €25 per night. Ask for availability.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.
