Our home is nested on top of a hill in beautiful Lemont on a private, half-acre, lot located 5 minutes from Beaver Stadium. Freshly renovated mobile home that comfortably sleeps 6 people. 2 bedrooms, one room with a queen and another with two twin beds, there is also a sofa bed in the living room. There's a Spacious living and dining room/kitchen,there is also a large backyard perfect for football weekends. Walking distance to local cafes and eateries with a bus stop at the bottom of the road

About us: Seasoned locals! we live in the other half of this duplex and are available as little or as often as needed ;) Fur babies welcome (under 25lbs..but all must be approved)

The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all. This unit is detached and not part of the main house.

It is near the beautiful Spring Creek Park and there is a bike path leading to Penn State. We provide 2 bikes at the house. This is a wonderful, safe, quiet neighborhood that is close to stores, restaurants, parks, and much more!

Our Spring Creek Cottage is located less than 10 minutes from downtown State College and PSU campus in the historic town of Lemont. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is located beside Spring Creek and is a wonderful place to relax with a large grassy backyard and deck. Compact in size with plenty of charm. Strict NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO PARTIES, NO PETS.
