Anne’s place is great. It was cozy, inviting and clean. She made sure we had everything we needed and was great at communicating.

this is such a beautiful home that we were lucky enough to stay in for the weekend! Very nice hosts, quick responses. Very clean and very cozy. Definitely will keep this place in mind for next time!

Anthony’s place was a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located stay close to all our favorite restaurants. Very friendly and accommodating host; definitely will stay again.

Ray’s place was cozy, and private. After dealing with work it was a serene little get away. They put lots of thought into everything when designing this place and very contemporary. Easy to get to and close to everything. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Will return.

Check-in was a breeze, and Felicia was courteous and attentive. We felt welcomed and had no trouble getting comfortable. I thank Felicia and Tim for being such gracious hosts.

Overall an awesome experience. I forgot to reach out and see if we could check in a little early, since our flight landed around 1, and as soon as the plane hit ground they’d already reached out & asked when we’d be checking in. They pulled the grill out of the way when wind warnings got super high, and even reached out when we forgot a jacket & offered to mail it. Luckily, we hadn’t left town yet & they put it on the grill outside for an easy pickup. They offered to let us stay longer if needed, since we were in town for a family emergency, just overall a nice place & really good people. 10/10 would recommend.

We were moving out of state & they were very accommodating for my family and our pets during our transition. Great spot & very peaceful. Loved the garden, very useful kitchen, comfy beds & great big table with lots of games.

The host is a friendly old guy who is proactive and communicates with his guests. The house is in an absolutely traffic free area and no noise! The setting is very much in the depths of the woods. Great rate, worth every dollar spent!

This place is a true quiet getaway location. The cabin is so beautiful, I loved the decorations and the “vibe” of the place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Would definitely stay again.

The owners were so nice to personalize the home for us. We had to stay for 3 months and they made sure our toddler had a room and the bed best for them which was so sweet. Any time I had a question or needed something they were very respectful and responsive. I felt safe and comfortable at all times. The back yard and dog amenities made the stay a dream compared to other “dog friendly” short term stay options. Their play equipment like bikes and scooters were so fun to have when the weather was nice. We made frequent walks to Earthquake Park and just around the neighborhood to see moose that would be out for a stroll. The area was close to amenities but far enough from midtown that I felt safe outside walking alone. Kitchen favorites were the crockpot, ninja blender, and 2 fridges (one in garage for drinks and extra food). Also extremely close to the airport which made for cheap Uber rides each time we had to go back and forth.

From the moment we walked in the door the house exceeded our expectations. Quiet, inviting and close to Hatcher Pass and Palmer. Master bedroom was serene and the backyard was great to relax in the afternoon sun. Would love to stay here again.

Second stay at Gary’s place. It’s a well stocked apartment with lots of the little things that add up to a great stay…good kitchen tools, essentials in the fridge/pantry, coffee, tea, comfy blankets, lamps to avoid overhead lighting. The neighborhood is so nice too great for walking yet very accessible to downtown restaurants/activities. Only thing is that I wish there was a queen bed in the bedroom instead of a double, but it’s a small bedroom and it works.

Great house with all the amenities and well thought out details. Kitchen was the highlight that had everything one would ever need. Very tastefully decorated all through the house with an abundance of beds for large family get togethers. Exceeded our expectations across the board on cleanliness,location and ambiance.

We had an excellent stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to help us with a very late check-in, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Communication was prompt and friendly throughout, and the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We truly appreciated the flexibility and hospitality — it made all the difference after a long day. Highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a hassle-free and welcoming stay!

Overall, we had a nice/fun stay at Destiny’s! The place was clean, and quiet! The s’mores and hot tub were a nice touch! Destiny was very communicative and was quite helpful when we had to deal with some technical issues with Airbnb. The only issue for us was that the hot tub was too close to the host’s residence. The camper was not very far either, it was within earshot/eye-view of the host’s house so it did not feel very private or secluded. Although, this was the case, it should be noted that the hosts were very quiet, and respectful! Thank you kindly for your hospitality!

Excellent location and clean. Perfect as a getaway from Fairbanks when you want to do some shopping and eating. 😅

My husband stayed at Jim’s property for three nights and there are not enough great things I can say about it. The cabin is beautiful and we felt right at home. Jim greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us the cabin and the property. The hot tub was easy to use and so nice to hang out in. We had a lovely evening hanging out with Jim and Teresa one night too. Fishing from the dock was fun too and there are a bunch of ways to get on the water if you would like too. The place was clean and clearly very loved. Overall this is a beautiful property and our time here was just perfect. Definitely recommend!

We had a 1-month stay at Jeff's place. This place is right by the city trail system and is walkable to downtown (~1.2 miles). There is also a bus stop right outside the house. A couple of us ended up working here for a bit. There was one desk for use and the internet there was good for work. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/utensils and there were plenty of towels and linens for use. Jeff was very responsive throughout our stay. We were not able to get the mail ourselves, but Jeff or his wife was happy to grab it for us when it came. I did have my parents here as well and they enjoyed the place. It was spacious with 3 floors and we were able to spread out. The bedrooms were nice, beds were comfortable. I did spend some nights in the basement, and it can get noisy when folks use the bathroom. Overall we did like this place and would stay here again if we come back to ANC.

The cabin was spacious, clean, and gorgeous. Mountains stud the views from the house and porch in this quiet location. One thing I appreciated (besides that really nice hot tub on the porch, and the board games for the kids to play) was the local coffee grounds provided in the freezer for the programmable coffee pot. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Lolly; you were an amazing hostess and have a lovely airbnb.

We had an amazing weekend staying at this Alaska Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and had an awesome view that we never got tired of. It was the perfect spot to relax, hang out, and just take a real break from everyday life. The hot tub was a huge bonus — it was the perfect way to unwind. Everything about the house felt easy and welcoming, and the host made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth, stress-free stay. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful place to relax with friends, this is definitely the spot.

We loved this cabin. Everything was perfect about our stay. Joe was an amazing host and we felt right at home staying here. Highly recommend staying at one of Joe's properties. We loved that is was outside the City (Anchorage) but also very close to local stores and restaurants. It was an amazing stay and a beautiful area. We hope to make a return visit in the future!

All the amenities of home in the seclusion of Alaska, just 15 minutes off the well-beaten path! This place was just as lovely as the pictures show, if not better. We enjoyed the hot tub each night after long days exploring the lake and surrounding areas. The waterfowl and wildlife were unmatched. The WiFi was even better than back home. All facilities were immaculately maintained and well cared for and you can tell the folks that care for this cabin take a lot of pride in it. Please note: This cabin is truly off the well-beaten path. The last 10-15 minutes to the cabin include a mix of gravel roads and one ways. Jennifer went above and beyond in being communicative and transparent with us about the location and accessibility of this cabin and we knew what we were getting into. We were thrilled to stay in such a tranquil place where we saw only one car go by in 3 days! We will definitely be back!
