Gil was an excellent host! He answers questions and issues quickly. The only issues had to do with extending our stay! This place was centrally located to both locations I was visiting. I stayed for six weeks. The apartment is everything you need for an extended stay!

Damien and Julie are always wonderful hosts. As a traveling nurse, I have stayed in their pristine place for several weeks now, with absolutely no complaints. It’s my go-to every time I travel to Kokomo! The space is always extremely clean, thoughtfully stocked, and adorably decorated. You’ll feel right at home! They’re always quick to respond, and always considerate. I can’t recommend their place enough!

We had a great visit to the Kokomo Cottage. McKalynn provides so many thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome and the amenities are great! If I am ever back in Kokomo, I would be glad to stay here again!

we had a great experience here, there were several walkable spots to visit and grab a good bite to eat. my only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. check in was at 3, I got a message around 1230 that the place was ready and they let me check in early. there was a cute guest book with lots of short little stories about peoples visit. will definitely be back, highly recommended.

Super cute place. Completely remodeled and updated once you know where you’re going. It’s easy to find. Post response promptly to questions or emails. Enjoyed our stay.

Awesome stay! My daughter and I used this place for the weekend. We felt very safe there. Lots of food and shopping nearby. Janie went above and beyond as a host!
