Private- apartment in the lower level of our house. House in a rural setting- you may spot white tail deer or other wildlife.Enjoy the peaceful tranquil setting.We are within 5 minutes by car to Rte 70 and shopping centers. Our space isn't childproof. Workout equipment available for use at your own risk. We control the HVAC and will adjust as requested. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to the walk to the entrance. Non smoking. We aren't set up for heavy cooking. No stove.

We are located between Washington D.C. and Baltimore. Only a short 45 minute drive to D.C., you can spend the day exploring the museums and sites that the Nations Capital has to offer. Baltimore is 25 minutes away. A great place to see the National Aquarium. You will love your relaxing stay here in this rural area

Located in the heart of Sykesville, Linden, a two bedroom basement suite, welcomes you to relax and rewind! We have designed our space to feel like your home away from home.The kitchenette includes a full refrigerator, microwave, slow cooker, Instapot, and a hot plate for meal prep. An easy stroll to Main Street will give your car a rest as you enjoy dining and shopping, live music from May/Oct and a wonderful Splash Park from May/Sept. Private guest patio with small gas grill. Dogs considered.

The Caretaker's Cottage-Historic Roundabout Hills

The Caretaker's Cottage was built in the 1770s by Ruben Merriwether, and sits near the manor house where he and his ancestors lived at Roundabout Hills. An exceptional space with a fabulous full kitchen perfect for those who like to cook, it is truly a one of a kind place to stay. The house, where John and Fiona live, and the cottage are secluded and private, but close to all of the art, culture, restaurants and dining in the nearby towns of Frederick, Columbia, Baltimore, and Washington, DC.

Guests will enjoy FiOS Quantum data-multiple Laptop friendly work areas, 2 TVs and data jacks thru-out the home. 2 BR/1.5 Bath Basement, Private Entrance & Parking

Entire basement only not the entire house. A basement apartment recently renovated with 2 bedrooms, luxurious full bathroom, powder room, full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry in the unit, private entrance, private parking (max 2 cars). Host lives upstairs with 1 dog (labradoodle). Everything in the basement is not shared with the host. Pets allowed with $75/trip fee, no fee for service dogs (Note: emotional support animals are pets) 0.5 mile from I-95, 20 minutes from BWI airport.

Fox Cottage is a modern addition to our 115 year old Victorian home. It’s a One Bedroom Queen size mattress & memory foam topper. There’s a Loft with a Full Size Memory Foam Mattress. The loft is a cozy space accessible by a vintage wooden ladder. It is not appropriate for people who cannot climb a ladder. There’s an outdoor seating area with a Chiminea to light a fire, enjoy a cup of coffee or wine, work or just listen to the birds.

Located in a beautiful and peaceful part of Maryland our Garden Cottage offers a cute and cozy getaway. A perfect escape from the city, our cottage is nestled among some of Maryland's best farmers markets, breweries, wineries, and outdoor experiences while still being conveniently located near several small towns and Frederick, MD. SubUrban Charmer *Steps from Main St*

Our charming home is in a quiet neighborhood just a few steps from Main St. Restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques are right around the corner. Having raised our own kids here, this home is family friendly with a play set in the backyard, toys and books, kid safe dishware and a pack and play. My husband Chip and I are so excited to share our home and our town with you!
