Large light open plan dining/living room with french doors onto the south facing, pet safe garden, equipped with patio area with seating. The kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a washing machine and sink in the utility. Three car park spaces. Outside enjoy field views and meet our lovely animals.

Keep it simple at this peaceful accommodation located an 8 minute walk from Lichfield Trent Valley train station and a 25 minute walk into Lichfield City (accessible by bus or train). The house offers 2 spacious double rooms and a bathroom upstairs and an open plan kitchen/lounge downstairs along with a downstairs toilet.
