This is my second stay at this amazing Airbnb! It’s a beautiful apartment in a great area. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and within an easy walk to transportation into NYC. The apartment was super-clean and Stella your host couldn’t have been more accommodating, and always available if I had a question. I highly recommend Stella’s place!

Great host! Very responsive and understanding. The place is nice and has pretty much what you would need. It's in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find. The host also provides welcoming beverages and water as well as hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Forrest was a great communicator from the beginning to the end. The pictures were accurate. The only thing that I didn’t know was because of the age of the building there was no thermostat in the apartment. There was a space heater provided which I used because of the cold weather during my stay.

La ubicación es ideal para el transporte: una parada de autobús está frente al edificio, y a una cuadra hay una estación de tren ligero que conecta con el PATH, permitiendo llegar al metro y a cualquier punto de la ciudad, como Times Square o el Ferry de Staten Island, en minutos. Nelson fue muy flexible, permitiéndome permitiéndome un late checkout hasta las 4 p.m. para mi vuelo de las 7 p.m. Si me lo permite, volveré con mi esposa para un viaje más turístico. My husband and I loved our stay at Dave’s place. Super comfy beds, easy checkin, responsive host, great streaming services and cable. Top of the line appliances and cookware. All of the amenities of home. Great location next to the park, close to public transportation, great restaurants. 5 stars ⭐️

This hotel is just land in Times Square and you can take 2min to the center area of Times Square. Also the guy at the front desk is always glad to help with anything. I have book for ten days, they wil hold the door when you go out,and say welcome back when you re back. Because of the position you can literally eat anything you want with walk in 5min. The room is very clean and big enough to live for our 3person. For sure if you want come and vist New York ,here is the best choice to live. And last thing if you come here you can talk to the front desk they will let you feel you are just in home.10/10hotel

Staying in this apartment was the perfect vacation for us. The location is unbeatable, right in the West Village, next to SOHO. All the great restaurants, cafés, walkability, near water front, best connection via Subway and on top city views from the apartment! The place is also pretty spacious comparing to other New York apartments, offering an actual separate bedroom. It's fully equipped to cook at home, has a nice shower and a modern toilet (with bidet!). All in all I couldn't be happier and will definitely come back if it's available for our next travel timeframes.
