Wee Wych, Hurstpierpoint-1 bedroom private annexe

Located up the private drive of Halton Shaws is the former Coach House, Wych House. Built in 1897 to house the horses of Halton Lodge this impressive dwelling enjoys a quiet spot close to the center of the bustling village of Hurstpierpoint. In 2019 the Nelson family moved in and set about renovating this beautiful Victorian property. Separate from the main house and accessed through the double garage doors is Wee Wych. This immaculately finished annexe is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest suite.

Duck Lodge B&B, Luxury Log Cabin with Hot Tub

Duck Lodge, a boutique log cabin, is located in a serene village. This all-wood home is surrounded by a lush garden, offering a tranquil location. The well-equipped interior showcases eclectic furnishings, Sky TV and a sound system. Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. To ensure a peaceful experience, we suggest enjoying up to 2 hours of soaking time - perfect for unwinding in comfort and privacy 🥂🍾

In a recently built house, this peaceful and centrally-located apartment is the perfect location for walking, cycling the South Downs Way or exploring all that this area has to offer. Brighton is just a few stops away by train or bus or head north for direct trains to London, Gatwick Airport or Cambridge. Hurstpierpoint village centre is within easy walking distance, with shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, but everything is here if you prefer to cook at home and soak up the views.

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

Timeless recently restored 19th-Century Cottage nestled in Hurstpierpoint’s charming High Street. An ideal retreat for couples, a small family or friends seeking a getaway to the countryside with easy access to local amenities. The Dower House sits on Ditchling Common close to South Downs National Park down a private lane in a small, gated community. Footpaths over the Common stretch from our gate. Close by are the pretty villages of Ditchling, Cuckfield and Lindfield, with easy access to Brighton, Glyndebourne and Gatwick Airport. Recently renovated, there are two large ensuite bedrooms, a living area and kitchen with a wrap around south facing terrace and garden, and separate utility room.

Set in the heart of the beautiful Sussex countryside with easy access to local amenities such as pubs, shops and restaurants, this accommodation is an ideal base for those wanting to explore the outdoors through local walks or cycle routes. Well equipped with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and a cosy area to relax in, The Old Ride Studio offers a warm and comfortable experience away from home.

Our pod, tucked away near the Downs

Our timber clad garden pod is up-market glamping, with a view to the Downs. Close to Brighton, approached down a farm track, with a walk across fields to the village. On sunny days, open up the folding sliding doors and enjoy a drink on the decking. There is Wifi and there are basic cooking facilities, with a single electric hob, microwave and fridge. (The wood burner pictured is not in use.)
