Welcome to our private, charming, and truly cozy townhouse with 4 floors, spanning almost 200 m², and featuring a small, cozy, and peaceful backyard where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The house is ideal for both couples and families with older children. It is a unique and functional home with access to the entire house. A great location where most of Copenhagen can be easily reached by public transport. PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to park in our area. A 3-hour parking limit is in effect 24 hours a day. Our house in Valby is not just a place to stay, but also a homely base for exploring Copenhagen, surrounded by nature and with easy access to the city’s amenities. About the House: The ground floor includes an entrance with stairs leading to the first floor, a very large dining room and living room, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to our cozy backyard. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a large double bed, a small room with a very large wardrobe where you can store your clothes, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the second floor, there is the house's second bedroom with a double bed and a crib. From the skylight, you can enjoy the view over our garden and the surrounding neighborhood. In our basement, you have free access to a washing machine, dryer, and clothes drying rack. Valby and Surroundings: Valby offers a unique combination of local shops and cozy cafés. Within a short distance, you’ll find Tivoli, the Zoo, as well as Søndermarken, Frederiksberg Gardens, and Frederiksberg Palace and the Horticultural Society's garden. Practical Information about Shopping and Transport: 800 meters to Danshøj or Hvidovre S-train station with 12 minutes to Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli, and the city center. 100 meters to the bus to Flintholm Metro. 300 meters to electric car charging stations. 900 meters to a shopping center with a pharmacy and grocery stores (open from 7 AM to 10 PM every day). 700 meters to Vigerslevparken with a playground and opportunities for walking, jogging, and cycling. 1000 meters to Damhussøen – where the running route around the lake is one of the most popular running paths in Copenhagen. 2000 meters to Valby center, a wonderfully cozy oasis with many cafés, specialty shops, and a shopping center/Spinderiet.

Charming Family Townhouse Near Beach & Harbour

Relax with the whole family in our cozy home, just minutes from Hvidovre Harbour and the beach. Perfect for families or 1–2 adults with up to 2 children. The house offers one queen bed (160×200 cm), a children’s room with a bunk bed and pull-out bed (both 90×200 cm), and a queen bed (160×200 cm) in the loft. Copenhagen is only 15 minutes away. Our friendly cat, Ingo, lives here, comes and goes through her cat flap, and we’d appreciate it if you refill her food bowl if needed.

3-story house with 3 bedrooms located just 6 km from the city center. It has a full bathroom and an extra single toilet. It is family friendly with toys to play with and a kids room with a bunk bed. There are the necessary amenities for kids including a small bathtub, travel cot and high chair. There is a small garden with a sunny terrace, bbq and many playgrounds in the area. The bus to the city is just around the corner, and you can be in Tivoli in just 20 minutes!

Velkommen til vores familievenlige bolig i Valby med egen have og terrasse med grill og lounge. Oplev fantastiske København med offentlig transport som ligger få minutter væk eller med vores ladcykel. Spinderiet shoppingcenter samt caféer og restauranter ligger 10 minutter væk. Leje af ladcykel for 30 euro om dagen. Forbrug koster 15 euro om dagen (vand og varme) Dyner og puder er til rådighed gratis, men leje af sengelinned og lagen koster 10 euro om dagen.

Nyt rækkehus med tilhørende lille for- og baghave. Tre etager med smukt lys indenfor med ovenlysvinduer. To toiletter og et brusebad. Jeg sørger for håndklæder, shampoo og sæbe. Park og supermarkeder tæt på. Hyggelig vinbar på Grønttorvet. Stranden er 15 min væk på cykel. Bus til city lige ude foran døren, som tager 15 min Tog 7 min væk på gåben. Stuen har integreret køkken. Jeg efterlader det meste til madlavning såsom olie, salt og peber og andre krydderier.
