There is a private neighborhood boat ramp available right out front and the home does have a backup generator, large front and back porches, large living area with plenty of seating and a large laundry room great for storing any extras!

You'll have your own bikes to get around, your own dinghy to come and go from your floating abode, and me anchored right nearby to teach you the skills of life on a sailboat. I was a Superhost with this boat years ago, and I've brought her back by popular demand, all rebuilt and more epic than ever! Give it a try, I think you'll fall in love!

This beautiful house is located right on the water with breathtaking sunrises (often times a few dolphins will swim by). You won’t find a TV here—not because we forgot, but because we want our guests to fully relax, reconnect, and enjoy the natural beauty. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Belhaven where cute shops and specialty restaurants await.

Cozy cabin nestled on the edge of Lake Mattummuskeet. This newly constructed cabin blends in seamlessly with the surrounding trees. Large covered back deck provides a tranquil escape and endless water views. Whether you are an advent bird watcher, or drawn to be on the water there is an activity for all. The large spacious interior comfortably sleeps a group of 2 or as many as 10. Outdoor dining with gas grill and roomy decks. Reconnect with nature and disconnect from the world for a while.

Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey cozy granny decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!

It’s not a five star hotel but it has a beautiful view. If you’re scared of a bug or rodent camping is not the way to go get you a hotel room but I’ve had some people go there and have the best time of their lives and I got people go there and complain but I just want you to have the time of your life and enjoy nature
