Iberian Peninsula : locations de vacances avec balcon

This was our second time staying in the area, and we loved it just as much as the first! The place was clean, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and charming bakeries, all within walking distance. Check-in was quick and easy, and getting around was a breeze with the nearby metro station and accessible taxi service. One of our favorite features is the grocery market conveniently located just downstairs—perfect for cooking meals at home. Plus, it’s only a short distance from La Rambla, making it easy to explore all the central attractions. Highly recommend!

Tijdens de stroomuitval hebben we dit nog net kunnen boeken. De communicatie kon daarna niet meer omdat het internet was uitgevallen, maar ze waren daar om voor ons de deur open te maken. Het is een prachtig appartement, heel leuk ingericht. Bedden zijn schoon en goed. Er ligt een grote map met uitleg over het appartement en de stad. Echt een aanrader! Enige puntje is dat het aan een drukke winkelstraat ligt met geluid van de terrassen, maar tijdens de stroomuitval was iedereen op straat dus weet niet of dit representatief was.

I loved my stay at Luis's apartment. The pictures are fabulous, but when I saw it in person, I realised how beautfully and thoughtfully decorated it is. There are amazing touches everywhere! The balcony is everything! Such a lovely spot to enjoy the sun, and have a peaceful moment. Luis was an incredible host and provided lots of information during my stay. I appreciated how quickly he responded whenever I made contact. He couldn't have been any more helpful. I didn't quite realise how close all the main attractions were to the apartment, and this was an added bonus. It's walkable, and I felt very safe as a solo traveller. I had a fantastic experience and I would most certainty stay at Luis's apartment again if visiting Porto.

Appartement très bien placé en plein centre à 2 pas de la place de la reine Appartement agréable et en très bon état Un peu bruyant surtout en ce qui concerne la chambre située dans le salon Pour autant nous y avons passé un agréable séjour malgré les circonstances dramatiques que rencontre la région de Valence actuellement. Nous adressons d ailleurs tout notre soutien aux habitants de la région au sein de laquelle vit notre fils.

This place was amazing... a fantastic home for us for our short stay in Barcelona ..Phil & Fiona are very hospitable.. Very easy to communicate and clear check in. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Perfect for families with small kids as the provide a cot and a high chair as well. Highly recommend this place 👌

The apartment looks great inside and is very comfortable and spacious. It is immaculate. Ana had her cleaning team clean the apartment every week, including providing fresh sheets and towels, in addition to thoroughly cleaning the entire apartment. This was a first for us at an Airbnb rental and greatly appreciated. We spent three weeks here and loved it. Ana was very responsive whenever we had a question. We liked that it was a quiet location right across the street from one of the best museums we have ever visited - The Gulbenkian Museum. It is absolutely fabulous. The metro is easily accessible and clean, safe and frequent. There is a very nice grocery market right next door. There are a lot of restaurants within easy walking distance. We recommend Ana and this apartment without reservation.

Comfortable and stylish apartment in a great location. Walking distance to the Old City and the Gros. Rental Agency was responsive and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out were good but keys need to be collected at an office about 10 minutes walk from apartment.

Great property! Lots more space than the photos in fact, large outside area, big bedrooms and fully stoked kitchen. It is a little isolated so best to have a car or find local taxi companies (Manuel recommeded some). A bit of late night noise from all the dogs in the local area! But the surroundings are so beautiful and close to the cava region!

Manuel was easy to communicate with. The flat itself is a beautiful old Spanish home with antique furniture and tiles. And it’s set in an idyllic part of Sevilla with beautiful side roads. You are close to quite a few local shops and restaurants and within walking distance of other neighborhoods in the city. It was still a bit chilly for us in March so the heaters came handy. The overall space worked great for our group of 10.

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

Nous avons passé 9 jours à 3 dans l'appartement et sommes ravis de l'expérience. L'hébergement était très propre, avec 2 superbes terrasses et hyper bien équipé : en particulier la cuisine ! Nous étions très contents de la localisation avec les activités et commerces accessible à pieds et la laverie à 40m. Nous recommandons !!!

The apartment was so comfy, looked exactly like the photos clean and cozy, the location was perfect, in the Heart of the town and Laia was an amazing host, very attentive and responsive. I will stay again here.

The house is in an amazing location. So central with attractions and shops within meters. The house is beautiful and very unique. A lovely balcony for the afternoon sun. Alejandra was a great host, reaching out to check all was good and very responsive.

Wir waren zu siebt in Barcelona und alle waren super zufrieden. Es gab eine super freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Obwohl wir erst am späten Abend angereist sind und sehr früh unser Rückflug ging, war Check-In und Check-Out kein Problem. Wir haben noch einen super Tipp für ein passendes Lokal in der Nähe bekommen, in welchen wir den Geburtstag unseres Sohns sehr schön feiern konnten. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar war und Bus und Metro direkt vor der Tür halten. Für uns eine klare 10 von 10 👍

Great and safe location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and tourist sites. Alejandro was very responsive, and the video instructions for how to locate and access the rental were perfect. Rental was clean and matched the description and pictures. My family and I would definitely consider this location again.

We (couple with a daughter of 1,5 years) had a pleasant stay in the apartment of Ingmar. The instruction was really clear to find it and enter for the first time as well as all other recommendations. The house is equipped with everything you need, the kitchen had everything to prepare a good meal after a sunny day at the beach. As the apartment includes a cot and high chair we can recommend it for others as well with children.

Beautiful flat! Amazing sea view. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. Everything is exactly as described and on the pictures. Spacious, beautifully decorated, warm and cozy vibes. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 plus a baby. They offer so many things for kids which was perfect for our son. The supermarket is close, within a 5min walk you are at the beach, nice restaurants around, private parking is a plus. Communication was easy, kitchen well equipped. There is really nothing that we did not like about the flat. If you are sensible for noise, you should not that you can hear everything from the street. At this time of the year, we did not mind hearing a car passing by or people talking. But i guess if maybe in summer it’s really touristic, it could be different. That’s really the only thing I would mention. For us, it was no problem and we are looking forward to come back one day. Thanks for this beautiful time there 🤗

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het appartement was proper en ruim, precies zoals beschreven. Het was rustig en centraal gelegen en er was een metrostation op 20m. Claudio was heel behulpzaam en gaf ons tips voor activiteiten en restaurants. Wij kunnen deze accomodatie zeker aanraden.
