Unwind in the large hot tub, then cozy up with a book by the indoor fireplace or by the river. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living spaces & outdoor patio to spread out and relax. You'll love this peaceful retreat, yet just a short drive to the restaurants and activities of Hochatown and Beavers Bend State Park.

Secluded, peaceful setting only 15 minutes to Beavers Bend and Hochatown. This cottage is situated on 27 acres and our guests have access to the entire property, including our fishing pond. Skip the traffic and unwind at this peaceful cabin retreat, just a few miles south of Hochatown. Simple, cozy, and fully equipped, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay—without the hustle and bustle. Enjoy a quiet setting surrounded by nature, yet still be near all of Hochatown’s restaurants, shops, and attractions. With two inviting bedrooms, a stocked kitchen, and a relaxing porch to take in the fresh air, this cabin is the perfect mix of convenience and tranquility.

Carolyn’s Cottage

Tiny house located only 20 minutes south of Broken Bow Lake, Hochatown and Beavers Bend State Park. Quiet community, no dirt road, good parking. Sleeps 4 guest, with a queen bed in bedroom and a queen air mattress available for use on floor. Large tv with Roku, WiFi available. Refrigerator, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, and induction hotplate with cookware for light cooking. Charcoal grill outside. Parking space for boat and trailers. All pets must be crated if left unattended.

This little cottage is tucked away behind our home, in the middle of a scenic field. It has a Mimosa tree in the yard that is gorgeous when in bloom! Blueberry bushes in the field with a small garden nearby. Ducks go back and forth from the pond to the front yard several times a day! So whether you are relaxing at the cottage all day, or just using it as a place to sleep while traveling back and forth to Hochatown, you will likely see animals milling around!
