It is a functional space that suits a group of friends or families visiting Grafton for the Jacaranda Festival, Race Week, hockey titles, Easter or Christmas. The building has two adjoining bedrooms downstairs, kitchen, living area & bathroom. Upstairs there is a loft that can sleep extra people. The Clarence River adjoins the property.
