Nice place, responsive host, very quiet and far from the touristic crowds. Everything perfect!

Доброго времени суток! Я благодарна за ценное качество - ДОВЕРИЕ! Зураб и Фериде - приятные, отзывчивые, внимательные люди, которые улучшили наше путешествие по Грузии. Это скорее всего был наш бонус на последние дни отдыха, и изучения истории Грузии. Мы приехали туристами в гости, а уехали родственниками!!!! Спасибо за приятные - эмоции, ощущения, чуткость, внимание!!!

Everything went very well in this location for the 2 weeks we were here except that the water has a problem and is either hot or cold, no in-between. We didn't mention it but because the owner is very communicative and helpful, I'm sure he would fix this solution or actually have a trick to it if asked. Otherwise, great space, very cute. Would possibly stay again for next time staying in Kutaisi.

The owner's house is located in a quiet beautiful area, the apartment has views of the mountains and vineyards. We were made very welcome and fed with a delicious dinner and breakfast. We would love to come back here again.

We only stayed for one night but we really loved the place, private house with shared kitchen, ac and hot water, good living area and cool outside seating, Koba is communicative and helpful, recommended property

كان المسكن كما في الوصف وقد فاق توقعاتي حيث ان المساحه واسعه و حجم الغرف كبير جدا وديكور المنزل جميل جدا على الطابع القديم لكن صاحب المنزل مهتم به جدا لن تعتقد انه قديم بل حديث على الطراز القديم المضيف ودود جدا و مرح و معطاء حين وصولنا قد قدم لنا الكثير من الفواكه وكان استقبال جميل جدا وكانه يستقبل احد افراد اسرته احببتا المكان مع ان مده اقامتنا كانت 3 ليال لكن حفرت في الذاركه وايام لن تنسى مع ماموكا شكرا لك ماموكا لجعل ايامنا اسعد وسعت كثيرا بالتعرف عليك سنعود بالتاكيد و هذا المسكن سيكون اول اختياراتنا

Great accomodation for a family with plenty of space and a beautiful garden. The house has a great atmosphere with a bear fur on the wall, wooden floor, goats in the neighbours garden. Bathroom with a washing machine is spaceful and clean. There is no problem with parking in front of the house. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Мы очень рады этой гостеприимной семье. Нам разрешили заселиться раньше времени, т. к. наш самолёт прилетал в 4 утра. Хозяин уточнял, всё ли нас устраивает, имеются ли пожелания. С нами душевно общались, угощали яблоками, вином. В номере чисто и уютно. Имеется кондиционер, зеркала, тумбочки. В комнате отдельный санузел, полотенца, мыло. Есть общая гостиная с холодильником, чайником, чаем. Место тихое, красивое. Недалеко от храма Баграти. Именно такое уютное место мы и искали. Если вы тоже ищете такое-вам точно сюда. Спасибо хозяевам!!! С любовью и добром увозим ваше гостеприимство в Беларусь ;)

المسكن رائع وهادئ وواسع مع حديقة مليئة بالفواكه صاحبة المنزل عظيمة جداً و خدومه و استقبلتنا افضل استقبال وتوديع. في مشترياتنا اليومية تنقلنا الى السوبر ماركت وغيرها كخدمة منها وجبة افطار متكاملة يومياً بالاضافة الى مساعدتين لتنظيف وترتيب السكن كسبنا في زيارتنا صديقة للعائلة انصح بالسكن ولكن معلومة ومذكورة في وصف البيت انه بعيد نوعاً ما عن السكان

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, etwa 25 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und ein super Restaurant (Sanapiro) ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Man sollte wissen, dass man das Haus nicht komplett für sich alleine hat, es hat so viele Zimmer, dass auch andere Personen dort übernachten. Desweiteren wohnt die Gastgeberin unten bei Küche und Wohnzimmer. Dazu muss man aber sagen: Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt.
