Its an amazing luxury villa with 6 bedrooms. It was like cherry on the cake on my recent trip to Goa. The caretakers were very helpful and supportive. I had awesome experience staying in the property. Property had pool and jacuzzi and they were well maintained and extreme fun to use. My kid loved it. Location is great as it is near to market and also beach is hardly 400 mtrs away. Meticulously decorated rooms and glasshouse dining was next level experience. The host were accommodating throughout the stay. I have been to various Airbnb in the past. This is so far the best. Location, amenities, vicinity to beach and markets, everything is top notch. We would highly recommend everyone to stay at the property if they are in Candolim. Looking forward to stay again and thank you for making our stay memorable. Great place to stay !!

The place is exactly like it has been shown in the images and I would say much better. Alongside beach, the stay is at perfect location with perfect views and amenities.

House is clean and near the beach which is nice. Host answered our questions quickly and stayed in contact with us during our time in Goa. Only thing that bothered us was that there were constant dog barking, otherwise i would say that you will get exactly what you pay for.

I would start first from the check-in. Host provided early check-in as property was available. Care taker Ricolin was available based on our call to him. Property is nice, silent place, properly maintained, walkable distance to beach as mentioned on Airbnb. Excellent place for vacation for a large family or group of family and friends. 1 AC was not working when we arrived so reported to host and caretaker and immediately they got it repaired. Good support from both. Swimming pool is small in size and shared between 2 Villas but properly maintained. Only a small family can use it at a time. Very good open space and balcony to be utilised for drinking and smoking. Sofa placed in the balcony could have been cleaned. We didn't used balcony as outside open space was well enough. Care taker Ricolin provided all the support and arranged rent bike at the property itself for us. Overall a very good stay we friends enjoyed here. Thanks to host Indrajit and Care taker Ricolin.

I had a really good time with Sankar and Nahid, they showed me the Beach and some nice places. The Apartment was clean and cozy, I felt like Home. I would definitely come again when I do vacation in Visakhapatnam! 10/10!

Alex is a superhost. Very helpful, always responded within minutes. The best part of stay was the location. just in front of the Ashwem view point. one can enjoy the serenity of the sea sitting at the balcony. There were lot of food joints nearby. Alex also helped to get cab for airport drop and local sightseeing. Overall a great stay .

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely beautiful with a cozy ambience that immediately made me feel at home. The self check-in process was super easy and hassle-free, which was a huge plus after a long journey. The house itself was spotless and very well maintained, with stunning interiors that gave it a warm and stylish vibe. Honestly, after settling in, I kept questioning whether I should even step out to explore Goa or just stay in and enjoy the comfort of this lovely home! It’s that inviting. Plus, the location is perfect — Anjuna Beach and several nearby spots are just a short walk away, making it really convenient to explore on foot. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Goa!

Clean bathrooms, Private Pool, Kitchen which had everything, Clean Bedrooms, Clean Furniture, Private Terrace. All the restaurant nearby, All the beaches Nearby, What else do we need? James was super responsive. Will definitely visit again.

The villa is really beautiful with easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Swimming pool is ideal for a 8 people group. The gazebo near the pool was awesome. The cook/caretaker Sanu was really awesome. He cooked as per our instructions. He was always at our service and ready to help. We really had a great time enjoying the food and his service. The only issue is the approach road for this villa is narrow and ideal for small cars. But that is something that we have to live with , if you want to enjoy at this beautiful location. Overall a great place to spend time and relaxing with a small group of family/friends.

We were hosting a family reunion of 16 adults ranging from 65/85 yrs old The 8 en suite bedrooms and a staff of 3 made our stay very comfy. Pankaj the caretaker was always around to handle our queries, and Chef Anup did an amazing job catering to all our meals, including a fab barbecue. We’d definitely recommend this villa for a large get together.

Great place. Love the vibrant colours of the house. This place is for those, who love quiet & peaceful surrounding. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Sunset Beach is 5 mins drive. I would love to stay here again. ☺️

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

Praful was a great host and was always responsive to our requests. the bungalow is a beautiful place, around 10 min drive from good hotels and restaurants. I will however, suggest renting a vehicle/s to make getting to these places and to the beach easier. We were there with 6 kids, out of which 2 were below 2 years of age and the bungalow and facilities were very comfortable for them too.

Great place to stay around Mahabalipuram. Very calm, clean and spacious and comfortable place to spend a few days.

We had a wonderful stay at Cherai Homes, hosted by Edwin. The place was spotlessly maintained and offered private access to the beach, which made our experience even more special. The kitchen was fully equipped for family cooking, but we couldn’t resist ordering the authentic Kerala meals prepared by Edwin’s wife—each dish was exceptionally delicious and truly felt like home-cooked comfort. Edwin went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and memorable. He helped us arrange boat and cruise rides and even assisted with our visit to the Guruvayur temple. The warmth and hospitality shown by Edwin and his family made us feel like we were part of their family. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay right by the beach and enjoy authentic home-style Kerala hospitality

The patio is 10 steps away from the beach. The place is exactly as described in the listing. There were minimalistic but thoughtful amenities provided to make the stay very comfortable. Our stay was made lovelier by Kamala (the caretaker/cook) and her family's undivided attention. They were caring but non-intrusive. We had all the meals in the premise itself. The beach itself provided for a lot of activities. The stray dogs were very aggressive, carrying a stick helped. Other than that, the neighbourhood is quiet but not deserted.

We had a wonderful stay at the Serenity Yellow Beach House with our family of four and a toddler. To be honest, I was initially hesitant about booking an Airbnb in India due to some concerns about the experience, but this property exceeded my expectations. It was well-maintained, had all the essential amenities, and was just a short walk from the beach—making the sunrise experience truly unforgettable. The caretaker was present during check-in and remained accessible over the phone throughout our stay. If you enjoy staying close to the beach, I recommend this place!

Enjoyed our stay at Denis'. It is a short walk away from the beach, you can view the beach and hear the waves from the porch outside. Deepti was very helpful throughout and was sweet enough to bring us groceries from the market. Fully functional kitchen, wifi, everything was great.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the Shaun's kindness and willingness to help. He went above and beyond by connecting me with a reliable driver, which made getting around so much easier. His communication was quick and helpful throughout my stay. Kids would love the balcony 😉!I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here!!

Mr Raichura is an amazing host!! Really sweet and always available over the call. Has stayed in Mumbai for 50 years and post that moved to Pondicherry. Accessibility: Coming to the property - this varun villa was located in a quiet/peaceful place and promenade, white town, sri aurobindo ashram, auroville are like 20 mins (around 8-10kms- no traffic in pondicherry). Auro Beach and serenity beach are like 10 mins from this place. Paradise beach is 30 mins. Promenade beach is 20 mins. Super convenient place and if you have a car/two wheeler you will be sorted. About the Villa: The ground floor is a 3 bhk and the upper floor is leased out. -Stove, fridge and utensils available in kitchen -All rooms have AC and geyser fitted - Bedsheets and all were washed and blankets were provided -Washing machine was not there but Mr Raichura was sweet enough to allow us to wash clothes in his washing machine only con was that the tenants on first floor were partying all night one of the nights.

Our stay at the open house was one of the finest Airbnb experiences of all. The space was tastefully done, clean withe kindest and the most proactive host. location pretty central and accessible. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway or a longer creative break.
