Newly finished garage studio w/ private entrance. Studio has a full size bathroom, studio kitchen with sink, refrigerator, microwave and a 2 burner stove. For your sleeping comfort I have a new queen bed with memory foam mattress. Also, a Mitsubishi heat/AC unit to maintain a comfortable temperature. For an addition fee I offer a workout area complete with dry sauna that heats up to 180. I am a licensed massage therapist, when available I can offer massage by appointment in separate studio.

Tiny House @ TinyHouseFamily

Our tiny house is beautifully appointed with everything you need to live (and work!) in luxury two miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and two miles from downtown Floyd, VA. Sleep soundly on the queen sized mattress topped with 4" memory foam. Cook your gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen—(we provide welcome mini loaf, organic coffee, half and half, sugar, rolled oats, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.) Spend the evening enjoying a campfire or relax on the porch swing.

Beautiful, rustic cabin on a 3 acre recently-stocked pond. Secluded on 50 acres of private property. Tranquil environment to relax and enjoy the abundant wildlife. Sit in front of the 100 year-old (gas) fireplace, or enjoy the outdoor fire pit. Hike on private Virginia Highland trails. 11 miles south of HWY 81. Conveniently located to New River Trail, Iron Heart Winery. The perfect getaway! Notice for winter guests-4 wheel drive is needed in icy or snowy conditions.

Laurel Branch Cottage

The Laurel Branch Cottage is charming and ideally located near the Town of Floyd and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The cottage is surrounded by scenic family farms and near the West Fork of the Little River. Also, we are approximately 35 miles (45 min.) from Virginia Tech. The cottage includes a kitchen, bathroom, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, bedroom with spacious closet and queen bed, and an upstairs bedroom (outside stair access only) with another full bed.

Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023).
