Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

Little House in the Forest

This is a nature-lover's paradise. On the edge of the forest but close enough to the city, this is a special place. You can lie in bed with all the windows open and feel like you live in the trees. We have installed a very functional kitchen with a large fridge and everything else you may need for self-catering. We also offer home-cooked meals for those who don't want to cook. It is twenty minutes from the airport and we can arrange transport for you. It feels far from the city but it is not!

Gecko Jungle Bungalow

Tucked away in nature, and just a short drive from Lamai beach, our Gecko Jungle Bungalow offers great views, complete privacy and an opportunity to experience the island’s unique wildlife, including monkeys, squirrels and more. The 1-bedroom unit is self-catering and comes with a kitchenette (equipped with crockery, cutlery, kettle and fridge), air-conditioning, a private bathroom with outdoor shower and a balcony. Immerse yourself in nature by staying in this beautiful jungle bungalow.

The house is built on pills out in the water, between the Mangrove trees, and from your patio you can follow the tides going up and down 2 times a day. The house is located in a small fishing village, where everybody is fishing. We can arrange tours with private Longtail on the Bay to James Bond Island and Koh Panyee, or you can take one of our canoes and sail a tour around in the Mangroves. We can also take you to Samet Nangshe Viewpoint or to one of the famous temples in our area.
