Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

My second time staying at Sekyan's place was just as nice as the first. Great apartment, nice area, friendly and proactive host and great value for money.

This luxury apartment is huge for the area in D1 with 24/7 security. the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The restroom can use a bit of remodeling. The gym was clean. The rooftop with city skyline view and pool was nice.

Everything as described, easy check-in and responsive host.

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect and the apartment is stunning—modern, new, and beautifully furnished. The rooftop pool is absolutely breathtaking and made the experience unforgettable. The value for what we paid was exceptional, and the individually controlled AC in each room was a great touch. The building felt very safe with strong security throughout. A couple things to note: this is a luxury residential building, and it’s unclear if Airbnb stays are officially allowed. It didn’t affect our experience, but something to consider if that matters to you. Also, there was a faint high-pitched beeping in the primary bedroom—earplugs helped. Despite those two small things, I would 100% stay here again. The home, amenities, and overall experience were top-tier.

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

말그대로 럭셔리 가족여행다녀왔어요 ㅋㅋ 강가 뷰는 그림같고 인테리어도 새집처럼 아주 고급지더라구요 눈호강도 했네요 ㅎㅎㅎ 3층구조인데 4 베드룸이라서 가족끼리와도 서로 얼굴 붉힐일없이 사생활도 보호되고 아주편했어요 풀장도 겁나크고 깨끗해서 아들이랑 조카들이랑 물놀이 실컷하다왔네요 ㅎㅎ 무엇보다 픽업차량도 완조니고급지고 호스트님도 레스토랑예약 ~투어까지 다 알아봐주셔서 풀코스대접받는기분이라 최고여써요.... 다이슨 드리이기, 주방도구 비데등 없는게 없고 아이들용품도 빌려주셔서 최고였땁니다.아이들있고 가족여행생각하시는분들 무조건 요기예약하셔유....ㅎ

We had a great stay as a family of 5 at Knot’s place. The location was A+, so close to Wat Phrasing, many restaurants, the 7/11 & ATM, and so close to hail a Tuk Tuk or red truck for sightseeing. The Sunday night market was right around the corner. Check in was easy, we were able to store our luggage all day since we arrived early morning and checkin was at 15:00. The apartment was clean and just like the photos. We all had enough space to spread out. Overall, a great stay!

We had a great time! Everything was perfect. The location is quiet and walking distance to many things. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the unit had everything we needed.

Wir haben uns in der Villa sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war natürlich das absolute Highlight. Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und kein Auto und keinen Roller gehabt. Das nächste Restaurant (Italiener) war ca. in 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar, für thailändische Verhältnisse aber eher hohe Preise. Mit Kleinkind war der Weg dorthin etwas ungünstig, auch die Straßen in der Nähe hatten keine wirklichen Fußwege. Das war aber nicht wirklich ein Problem, denn alles, was man sich wünscht, sowohl tägliche Einkäufe als auch Essen haben wir günstig über die App Foodpanda bestellt. Wer Ausflüge machen will, wird ja direkt von der Villa abgeholt und zum Fishermans Village kann man mit dem Taxi fahren. Wer die Insel erkunden und selbst einkaufen gehen will, sollte sich aber ein Auto mieten. Einmal die Woche kamen Reinigungskäfte für das Haus und den Pool. Jean Christophe war immer für uns erreichbar. Einfach top, danke! Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Let me warn you. The photos for this location do not represent reality. They do not do the house justice! It is rare when you find a place that is even better than the photos depict, but, certainly, this house is delightful in every way. We had such an easy time from checkin to checkout, a lovely fruit basket was provided, and our host was conveniently available at any time we communicated. And the house! Spacious, airy, comfortable and elegant - a very contemporary and thoughtful design. Everyone had privacy and community in all the right ways. This was a perfect location for all the antics associated with Songkran. Thank you for everything!

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

아주 만족했습니다 윙포일 타는 우리에겐 해변이 가까이 있어서 최상 메세지 응답이 빨라서 불편함없이 내집같이 잘지냈어요 올겨울 후아힌 가게되면 이숙소에 머물고 싶네요.

The location is perfect, and it is very easy to go anywhere. It is a high floor. There are many bars downstairs but no noise can be heard. The hygiene is more clean than I imagined, and the snacks are prepared very carefully. The landlord and housekeeper responded very promptly and any problems were solved immediately. I will stay here again next time. Highly recommended for 2 persons.

I've stayed in RaNee's condos previously, so I knew to expect a clean, comfortable and well maintained room. All her rooms that I've stayed in were very good. She is a very good host.

Great location, center of Hanoi. Quite place, just 5 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake. I also enjoy train street. The apt has everything I need, will comeback

The accommodation is beautiful and luxurious. It has every amenity you can imagine. The accommodation is close to many famous entertainment and restaurants. Traveling is very convenient. The owner of the room is friendly and ready to help in every way at all times. Highly recommended.

Excellent place! Everything was good! We stayed a family of three. All of us were happy. We shall definitely recommend this apartment. We want to stay here next time we visit Pattaya.

Ihana paikka, jossa oli helppo majoittua. Uima-allas alueet oli ihanat, etenkin meren puoleinen. Asunto oli siisti ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Ainoastaan lakanoita vuodesohvaan jäimme kaipaamaan. Majoitumme kahden pienen lapsen kanssa ja kohde sopi siihen erinomaisesti. Paikka kokonaisuudessaan osoittautui paremmaksi kuin ilmoituksen perusteella odotimme. Kiitos Nicha!

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.
