We are 20 minutes N. of Corpus Christi, 20 minutes S. of the popular town of Rockport and 20 minutes W. of the ferry to Padre Island! It sits on a peaceful 5 acres and has a covered Lanai ( Hawaiian word for covered deck) that overlooks 3 acres. A great place to see a beautiful sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee or spend the lazy afternoon hours sipping refreshing beverages & just talking story

This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

There is a large fenced in yard and plenty of parking for vehicles, boats etc. Enclosed back porch with locking storm door, fully equipped kitchen with all the basic needs. Pet and smoke free home!

No smoking house. 3 bedroom/2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. 1 queen-master, 1 queen-bedrm2, 2 twin-bedrm3, full size sofa-not a pull out bed. Flat screen TVs and ceiling fans in LR and each bedroom. Parking for 4 vehicles. Privacy fenced back yard. Check-in is 3 pm the day of your arrival-keypad code will be sent that day by 3 pm; check-out is 11:00 am on departure day.

Pondside Haven: Charming Tiny Bungalow Retreat

Nestled beside a tranquil pond, this tiny home offers an idyllic escape. Enjoy morning coffee on a private deck overlooking the water. The property is just 12 miles from port Aransas and fishing spots are even closer. We have a small "play around" kayak that welcome to use in the area. We also have 2 fishing kayaks that can be rented.
