Welcome to Lucky Ewe at Buchanan Lake! With a main house, guest house & smoke house, you can relax and unwind by the lake, soak up the insta-worthy views and enjoy your refreshing change-of-scenery. The two houses provide perfect accommodations for when you want to be close, but with privacy. The park-like setting provides direct access to Buchanan Lake. The firepit is a family favorite spot for making s'mores. We provide propane BBQ plus smoke house smoker, yard games, & plenty of board games.

The Bunkhouse room w/ private beach ON Lake LBJ

(I am in process of updating my photos, )The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

Just a couple miles outside of Burnet we’re close enough to make a quick trip to town and just far enough away to enjoy the peaceful countryside. The Guest House is located on a small hilltop overlooking cattle grazing land giving us amazing sunrises and sunsets to enjoy as well as plenty of wildlife. Plenty of room to park your trailers if you are mountain biking or boating. You can enjoy the porch all night if you like howling at the moon and stars. Enjoy the goats, Don Juan is the main man, Pedro is the chief rabbit. Cabin is equipped with full size refrigerator, large country sink and a two burner stove.

The Packsaddle

The Llano River is about 500 yards from the property and the Colorado River less than 10 minutes away. Lake LBJ, Lake Buchanan and several other lakes are 10-20 minutes away. Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX. There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.

The Hammock House (HH) is a quiet space to just get away, relax, focus and realign. Designed for two away from the busyness of life. It's also a great central location for Enchanted Rock, Longhorn Cavern, Pedernales State Park and historic Fredericksburg. Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi south of Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned property.

Come enjoy the enchanting sunsets (and sunrises for you early birds!) that this welcoming property has to offer. This 3-bed, 3-bath, 2,600 square feet home fits 11 and is the perfect place for friends, family, and pets to come together and create some unforgettable memories. Note lake water levels vary, but we prepare for this by having awesome beach activities. Our pet fee is $35 per pet. All use of amenities are at your own risk.
