Situé dans la ville de Senglea, une ville imprégnée d'histoire, depuis l'appartement vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à Birgu et en 3 petites minutes intenses en ferry à La Valette. L'appartement dispose de plusieurs caractéristiques originales maltais et vous procurera une expérience authentique. Dans le cœur historique de Malte, situé sur les magnifiques quais de la plus ancienne des trois villes (fondée par les Chevaliers en 1552), cet appartement offre une vue spectaculaire, un cadre historique authentique aux voyageurs exigeants ainsi que toutes les commodités modernes à un prix imbattable. Parmi celles-ci figurent le ferry, le bus et le bateau-taxi, des moyens de transports très pratiques qui permettent de se rendre à La Valette ou autre, de délicieux restaurants et bars de l'autre côté de la crique ainsi que de nombreux établissements locaux juste à côté. L'appartement est meublé avec goût de façon à souligner les caractéristiques originales maltaises qui tendent désormais à disparaître rapidement parmi les zones touristiques les plus bruyantes et fréquentées de l'île. Ces caractéristiques comprennent un carrelage à motif traditionnel (qui permet de rafraîchir les pieds fatigués des voyageurs par temps chaud), un balcon maltais traditionnel judicieusement transformé en salle à manger offrant une vue à couper le souffle du le Grand Port et les villes de La Valette et Vittoriosa (un joli cadre devrait enfin faire partie des exigences nécessaires à un mode de vie et d'alimentation sain!). De vieilles poutres en bois ornent les hauts plafonds aristocratiques et ajoutent un soupçon de noblesse nostalgique. Tout ceci permet d'offrir une expérience de voyage imbattable qui rompt de façon radicale avec la masse des offres des hôtels standardisés de l'industrie touristique de notre époque. Venez explorer une petite localité maltaise peu connue qui vous offrira un aperçu de l'authentique mode de vie maltais, une localité éloignée et pourtant suffisamment proche des sites les plus connus. La liaison en ferry jusqu'à La Valette (4 minutes) à travers le Grand Port ne remplace aucun autre moyen de transport (le vieil adage qui dit que le voyage en lui-même est plus important que la destination ne saurait être plus adapté mais si vous insistez pour louer une voiture, de nombreuses places de stationnement sont aussi disponibles). L'appartement comprend une chambre avec un lit double en alcôve, un grand salon meublé dans un style rétro élégant (avec canapé-li), une salle à manger, une kitchenette entièrement équipée (pour ceux qui en ont marre de manger à l'extérieur et souhaitent goûter les produits locaux frais chez eux) ainsi qu'une salle de bain (inutile de préciser qu'elle donne également sur la mer!).

Beautiful townhouse in the historic and beautiful 3 cities. The house is recently renovated to high standards, including BBQ and hot tub with stunning views of Grand Harbour and Valletta from the roof. The house has a fully equipped large modern kitchen, lounge area with custom sofa, a small office and two double rooms with en-suite. There are two TVs for Netflix (not terrestrial TV) and free wifi throughout the house. Recommended for a couple plus wanting a more cultural than party holiday.

Débordant de caractère et d'histoire, Birgu est une ville médiévale traversee de ruelles étroites et sinueuses, offrant de beaux paysages et une architecture typique. La maison a beaucoup de caractère, avec son balcon maltais, et son escalier en pierre et fer forgé traditionnels. Elle a été récemment rénové pour la doter de tout le confort moderne tout en preservant son authenticité.

The property is located just a few steps away from the Birgu main square where one would find various restaurants. The property is also 400m away from the Birgu Waterfront, here one would find more restaurants infront of the sea and many more attractions such as a ferry service which leads to Valletta and the 3 cities, the bridge leading to Senglea and most of all the iconic Fort St.Angelo.

A beautifully restored 400 year old small house situated in the heart of the historical city of Cospicua, one of the fabled three cities across the harbour from Malta's capital, Valletta. The space is warm and has been stylishly restored and furnished. The ground floor leads into a living room with a sofa, a kitchen/dining room and a guest toilet. The bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom together with a terrace are on the upper floor. This floor is reached via a staircase.

Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.
