Mariners Cottage is a beautifully restored fisherman’s cottage, tucked away on the cobbled streets of Appledore, just moments from the quay. Recently renovated, this cosy, dog-friendly retreat is perfect for couples or small families seeking a relaxed coastal escape. Dogs are welcome throughout, including upstairs, with treats provided. The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.
