The place was exactly as pictured and described. It was a super cute apartment. I loved the loft bedroom. Their apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic as it was close to UNF and we were there for my son's graduation. Also, very close to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

It is my second time renting from Mandy. It is the perfect space for a quick getaway or a visit on game day. Mandy is very responsive. Mandy thank you for everything!!

I did run into a few hiccups in the beginning of my stay, but they were quick to resolve my issues once they were aware and everything was great once we ironed out a few things! So I’d love to stay here again. And The host seem like good and kind people… I’d recommend to my friends as well.

Tom was an outstanding host, and his place was peaceful and very comfortable. The sunsets were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and also meeting him.

I highly recommend Julia’s AirBNB! The home was perfect for us - we did not want to leave! It’s near Mayo, the beach, and plenty of restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Had an awesome weekend at Charming 3BD Haven | 5 Min DT Jax & EverBank. The place was super clean and just as described. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We had a small hiccup with the door code, but Dyllan fixed it right away—super responsive and checked in to make sure we were all good. The location was perfect—close to everything around Jax. Overall, a great stay. Would definitely book again!

Mr Jose was very very sweet. He even came over to make sure that I had a clear understanding of the backyard. Only because there's another place in backyard. Yet, the backyard is accessible to everyone. I have stayed in Jacksonville FL at another AirB&B. It was so bad that I didn't leave a review and had to call AirB&B. I was so thankful that I was able to be somewhere that was like home. It is Truly what Mr Jose named it. The Blessing Home!!! 🙌🏾

We had a wonderful, relaxing time in Jacksonville Beach with dear friends. The home was immaculate and well stocked for a month-long stay. We appreciated having a crock pot so we could go out during the day, but return to a completed dinner. We felt welcomed and well cared for with ideas for a variety of restaurants and activities! Our grandchildren loved the bunk beds!

Had an amazing stay. The house is a total vibe. I felt like I was in Costa Rica - the hot tub is amazing surround by fresh Jasmine. I would highly recommend :) also dog friendly and the hosts went above and beyond. Can’t wait to go back for my staycation.

We were extremely impressed with this Airbnb—from the outdoor entertainment space, the pet friendly fenced in yard, the fun decor, the office space for remote work, the location close to major roads, wonderful bedroom furnishings, modern fun kitchen, spring water, great fridge with icemaker. I could go on and on—top notch with the little touches that show a guest oriented hosting experience. It really is little touches that wow people and make a good stay into a suburb stay.

I’ve now stayed at both of Walden’s properties and I’m always pleased. Walden is always responsive and his homes always feel like home! Whenever I travel to the area, I always try to book his home!
