Perfect place for a little getaway! Right on the beach, everyone was so friendly, had everything we needed!

This is a fantastic location, steps away from the beach. The check-in desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Having someone at the desk 24*7 gave us an added sense of security, especially compared to other properties with self check-in. The property is dated but does NOT look rundown. Our room was on the top floor of the "hotel section". The view from the balcony was awesome, with an unrestricted view of the ocean. Only thing is that you cannot see the ocean from the bed unlike some other properties. You have to step onto the balcony for the view! Parking is a 1-min walk away in a covered garage. Easy and felt safe walking to and from the garage, even late at night. Added bonus was the free breakfast included (did not realize we had it till after we checked in!). Only minus is the early check-out time (10 a.m.). Would have been nice to have a 11 a.m. check-out esp since breakfast is included and it's hard to make it back in time esp if you have a relaxed and late breakfast.

We had a great stay and will definitely return. The room was clean, as described, and offered a fantastic view. The pools and hot tubs were great, and the location was perfect, right on the beach. They have drink machines on every floor, a restaurant on site and a bar by the pool. While some condos that I have stayed in previously had a building that was less impressive than our room, I was pleasantly surprised with this one. The building is older, like most hotels and condos in Myrtle Beach, but it was still nice. This place is very dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Seeing the dogs made our day! However, if you’re not a dog lover, you might want to reconsider, as dogs are everywhere. My only complaint is that I had to put the door code in multiple times because it would time out or glitch every time. The code is oddly long, super annoying. The beds weren’t particularly soft, but that won’t deter me from staying again. Hope this helps!

Overall extremely satisfied with my stay. Very nice little condo and well positioned to do a lot and very easy access to the beach. The check in is a little cumbersome with the parking deck across the street but it wasn’t too difficult I navigate. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone thinking about a trip to North Myrtle Beach.

We enjoyed our vacation. The house is absolutely gorgeous, plenty of room for multiple families. We had an issue with one of the locks and they were very quick to fix it. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Michelle & Mark’s place. The location right on the beach is lovely and a wonderful place for a family vacation. The bunk bed room for our grandchildren worked very well! Michelle & Mark responded to our questions and were so helpful and accommodating. We would definitely love to return again!!

This beach house was of the older, single story variety with the kitchen, dining, and living areas in the center and two bedrooms with shared bathrooms on both sides. The house appeared to be newly painted, was perfectly clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The beds were made and towels and wash clothes hung in all bathrooms, much as you would expect to find in a motel. We loved it and it weathered Storm Debby very well. Oh, I forgot to mention that there was no shrimp shucker to be found in the kitchen drawers which I found surprising, but I didn't deduct any points for that.

We loved our stay here! It was in the perfect location, close to Sullivan’s Island, Shems Creek and Downtown Charleston. The host was very responsive with every question we had. The house was clean and perfect for families. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was awesome! Loved the comfortable beds and we had everything we needed! MacBeth was very responsive and helped us whenever we had questions! We had fun fishing on the pier, out on the boat, and went to the beach. The food places were really good though they were very busy. Macbeth also gave a few suggestions on events and places around us. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay we will be back!

This place is worth the stay for all the pictures show and also for the comfortable beds, quiet surroundings, great neighborhood, and experience offered in Charleston. The host was responsive and thought of every thing to make your stay luxurious. I will stay here on my next visit.

The stay was perfect for our elopement of with just family as my family is very familiar with the island because my grandparents had a home just across the bridge in cape carteret. After their passing it was nice to bring two families (one from Washington state) together in a place that means alot to mine. Haylees home made that happen!! Though being a 5 bed 2 bath the accommodations to young children were impeccable, and super helpful. The stairs were a breeze for my handicapped father, especially with a bathroom on the lower level near the king room! We will be definitely interested in renting this home again!

The cottage is as described, small but very comfortable, private access to the beach is a plus, I recommend, Jerome

This was our second time staying at Navin & Chanda’s unit, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Great accommodations, perfect location, and clear communication from hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

Condo was very clean, well equipped with washer and dryer and unit. I only complain of the whole day. Was that the window in the bedroom with two beds as a light right outside of it and is very bright. Maybe some blackout curtains would help! With that being said, we would totally stay there again. Only other comment is if you are a tall individual, Over 5’10”, the showerheads are on the shorter side.

Enjoyed our stay at Navin & Chanda’s place. Loved that it is on 3rd floor as I can’t do balconies very high up. I was able to enjoy the ocean views on the balcony with my mom. The condo is spacious with great bathrooms and a kitchen that was stocked with all necessary items. Everything was clean and in proper condition. The Royal Palms itself is a great spot. Location wise you do have to drive to get to the closest gas station/convenience store/grocery store but these aren’t far. There’s also a Starbucks in the Hilton property which is right next door. We love to get a drink bucket from the pool bar downstairs, Wet Whistle, and sit on the beach or at the pool. We prefer this building and location over most other areas in Myrtle/N Myrtle.

Great location right on the river! Beautiful river views from inside the condo and on the balcony. Easy walk to area restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Reserved parking spot right by building entrance included. Host provided clear instructions for our stay. Would not hesitate to return to this property again.

Great location with nice views. The condo was very nice with a very comfy master bed. If you want to stay in a more remote area of the Carolina coast, this place fits the bill. One friendly reminder... bring your own hand soap, dishwasher pods, and dish detergent. Listing says that linens are not included but we did have a big bag of linens including bedding and towels so that was nice even though we brought our own. We REALLY enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean.

I enjoyed this place so much I've already booked again! I came here for spring break with my kids and had a great time . Room was exactly as pictured, everything was clean, private balcony overlooked beach and some nice beach houses, it was pretty quiet oh and my favorite thing, NO BUGS. There's different pools and indoor heated pools, as well as a few restaurants.. We ordered from the Sandtrap bar and grill right downstairs from our room . Sweet tai chili wings, fried corn, and "boom boom" shrimp were amazing ! I can't wait to come back without the kids! Lol
