Bring your camera, hiking shoes, golf clubs, guitar and singing voice. At the end of it all come and sit and sip by a cozy fire, a moonlight sky and be star struck. Mine is a great spot to chill out and enjoy nature. Swimming, kayaks & SUPs. Baddeck, where it all begins and ends...Get looped on the Cabot Trail! ADULTS ONLY

Island Cabin 3

Located on Cheticamp Island and across from Cheticamp beach, Les Cabaneaux summer vacation cabins are perfect for a family vacation, girl week-ends or a romantic getaway. The sound of the waves, views of the mountains and magical sunsets will make you want to come back year after year. The cabin has been totally renovated, top to bottom, with modern ammendities, new appliances and kitchen and everything you will need to completly relaxe so you can enjoy the views, the beach and the salty air.

Situated on a hillside overlooking the historic St. Ann’s bay, the Old Trail cabin is conveniently located just 5.5km from the start of the Cabot trail and the Gaelic College. A great spot to start or finish your Cabot Trail adventures! The cabin is designed to feel as open and airy as possible for a small space. The bedroom has a queen bed and the loft has a single bed. Kitchenette has coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge and microwave. All amenities needed are only 15 mins away in Baddeck.

Cabot Trail Wilderness Cabin | The Canopy

The Canopy is the 2nd largest of the 3 wilderness cabins, and closest to the washrooms, nestled among the forest which leads down to the waterfront. All the cabins sleep two people, with a personal fire pit, bbq, kitchenette, drinking water (although no running water), and all the amenities needed to spend a few nights in nature. The shared outdoor bathroom has been hand crafted with lots of natural light, a composting toilet (i.e. non-flushing), hot water shower and two sinks.

Comfy cozy cottage centrally located on the gateway to the Cabot Trail, minutes from the Canso Causeway! Situated on a hobby farm, this cozy cottage offers a peaceful setting close to all the highlights Cape Breton has to offer! Clean, fresh and comfy. We have closed for the winter months.
