Fantastic place, clean and cozy. My daughter loved the dock and that there was a fishing pole for her to fish with.

Enjoyed my stay. Close to outdoor activities that I came for. Nice area with everything I needed, even had a boat dealer in town. Something I don't have at home.

Amazing property! Had a blast with our crew of 6! Most of time spent fishing right in the back yard.

Great place to stay. We had lots of fun using the kayaks and paddle boards. The view of the river is awesome and relaxing while watching all the people tubing, kayaking, and boating up and down. The fire pit was great to make a fire at night. The kitchen had everything we needed and the entire home was very clean. The loft area stayed a little warm so my kids did not want to sleep up there. We had clean music playing on the dock, which people on the river seemed to enjoy too, but the neighbor gave us a dirty look and gesture - no issues otherwise. Overall a great place to spend a few days.

A wonderful place to call home while visiting the area! The home is even more beautifully decorated than the pictures convey. They have thought of every amenity you might want during your stay, the beds were so comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee in the gazebo down by the water. It was beautiful and peaceful. The home was nearby the attractions are in Crystal River. Theodore is a fabulous host too- extremely responsive. We highly recommend this wonderful home. We loved our stay.

Excellent house on a canal that leads to seven sister springs. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. We saw an alligator off the back dock our first day and lots of turtles and fish each day. The house is within close distance to lots of fun activities-we swam with manatees and floated the rainbow river while there. There are multiple kayak outfitters within walking distance of the house so if you do not like sit in kayaks you have very close rental options.

Such a cute spot and a quick kayak ride to the beautiful clear weeki Wachee river. Couldn’t find the washer and dryer and Derick responded very quickly. Would def stay again :)

We had a lovely stay at Cassie’s while visiting nearby family- Their property is absolutely serene, and the animals are the icing on the cake! We didn’t realize the kitchen was much like an efficiency (small fridge, countertop appliances) until we were there, but honestly with the common areas and a small cooler that didn’t hinder us from making great meals. We enjoyed the guest space (lower level/bridal suite), and soaked up every minute possible outside on the patio and about the property under the oaks, giving the animals and kitties all the love. Highly recommend!

beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

Worth 1000 stars. Can I just say it’s refreshing to find an Airbnb host in this area? Who isn’t price gouging. Collins properties are super reasonably priced. They’re in a beautiful area, you have access to everything, it’s super private, the area is maintained well, so your pets and family will not be covered in ticks and eaten up by mosquitoes, And it’s priced wonderfully. I can’t say enough good things. Plus this host is very easy to work with and very proactive and responsive. The thing I will mention that apparently puts people off is the well water is kind of brown Ish when you take a shower or a bath, also in the sink, but it’s well water and it’s perfectly fine. I had no problems at all, and neither did my dogs. So please chill out on the well water and enjoy this beautiful gem of an Airbnb and this wonderful house. We are so grateful and I will definitely be returning.

Thea’s place is a wonderful spot. The deck and the view were such a pleasure! The house is well maintained and spotless.

Garry was very responsive and helpful. The unit was exactly as described. We were there for a baseball tournament, and the location was 1 mile from the park. The unit was also very close to the grocery store. The view from the dock was very peaceful and serene. Definitely recommend if you are in the Leesburg area.

Our second time here at Brooke’s home. We have found our go-to place to get away from the hustle and bustle of living in Land O Lakes with our daughter and grandchildren. It’s quiet and it has everything you need. The view of the lake is spectacular. I love staying here and will be back soon.

Sally’s place was the perfect spring break getaway for our family! The house was very clean, comfortable, had plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed fishing in the canal, kayaking, and seeing the manatees! Our hosts were very gracious and host a beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Cheryl was very nice, responsive, and her thorough instructions were very helpful. Most important to me, the house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utencils, and the bedding was very nice. We all had a lovely time fishing on the dock, kayking, and boating down the river. We explored Homosassa Springs, Rainbow Springs and several other Florida attractions. The whole family had a lot of fun!

Highly recommend the apartment, nice backyard directly at the water. Beautifully renovated bath- and bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals. Hosts were reachable and very supportive. Perfect for a weekend-escape into the green!

AMAZING. Great hosts, great place! I stayed here by myself and it was heaven on earth. I am a nature lover and this exceeded my expectations. The house & the property are stunning. The house is a lovely mix of tasteful tropical & Victorian decor. The outside is like being in the garden of Eden. So private & peaceful. I was able to meet manatees my first evening taking the kayak out; they were as interested in me as I was in them and came all around me and the baby came up to say hi. It was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve had. It was just me and the manatees not another human in sight. The next morning I paddled out again and saw otters playing. I saw turtles, lizards, many beautiful birds, including green heron, great blue heron, and an owl. Coffee in the morning on the patio & a fire at night under the canopy of trees. Close to so much to do- springs, beach, nature parks, but by far the best was being able to paddle pretty much out the back door. I’m so glad I stayed here!!!

This was perfect for my best friends and I to have an awesome weekend reunion. I moved out of the area over a year ago and it was a perfect spot to spend time with those I love and miss the most. We had gone to the dam (recreation area less than a mile away) when we were kids and it was really neat to visit it again more than 20 years later. The beautiful view from the backyard was incredible and the sunsets looked more like paintings than pictures. Our gracious hosts were accommodating for my dogs, which was a necessity. The grill was in great shape, the beds were comfortable, and there’s a big tub in the master bathroom that the youngest child was ecstatic for. The tv met everyone’s needs and the WiFi was decent. If it’s available for our next reunion, then it will become a tradition. Thank you for lending us your home for this unforgettable weekend of gingerbread houses, fishing, Christmas movies, good music, and cooking great food with friends and family!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at William’s place. He was incredibly responsive and helpful both before and during our visit. The house was cozy, we felt right at home, and the dock was the absolute perfect spot to sit and listen to all the birds. Being able to use the kayaks and easily slip out onto the water was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend and we would absolutely love to return someday!

Enjoyed the stay, the wildlife, and seeing the sandhill cranes every morning and evening was a plus.
