Ionian Sea : chambres d'hôtel

Gjirokaster is a great town. The people are so welcoming and it's full of atmosphere. This is an amazing place to stay, with stunning views and a homely feel. Our host was amazing. Her garden and organic breakfast is magnificent. If you arrive by bus, it's best to get a 5 euro cab up and then walk to the castle and old town.

Just perfect for a calm and relaxing stay in Zakynthos. If you want to calm down and have the ocean exactly one minutes away by football then you‘d be exactly right here! Chris was amazingly friendly and we even checked in 4 hours earlier then we were supposed to do. You have a sea view when you look out the bedroom. Loved it and would definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic time staying at Garden Village. Carol and her team go above and beyond to make sure that their guests enjoy themselves. The accommodation was perfect for us with two young children. The food was amazing. We ate out one night and regretted it. You absolutely must try the food during your stay. You won’t be disappointed. The atmosphere in the bar and restaurant area was delightful. It was our eldest daughter’s birthday during our stay and Carol and her team included little touches to make sure that she felt very special. We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone that looked after us. Carol, Elaine, Justine, Dimitra, Emily and Neal - you are all wonderful. We must not forget to mention the cleaning staff who tidied our room so beautifully for us every day. Thank you so much. Our children had a fabulous time and will miss Keira and Frank the dogs dreadfully. We were all so sad to come home and have already booked to return next year!

Allotjament amb molt encant, autèntic i modern alhora. Molt net i perfecte per una parella, nosaltres hi hem estat una nit. Molt a prop del centre i entorn tranquil, amb aparcament reservat. En Pippo molt atent, ens ha fet recomanacions excel·lents i molt proper i obert a preguntes. Molt recomanable!

Great place ! Just do note that the room requires you to get to through a tiny spiral stairs - not ideal for people with huge luggage. Other than that everything is great! The breakfast is a nice touch too :)

El departamento de Domenico fue perfecto para nosotros, una habitación cómoda, baño privado y una terraza con vista al mar, todo estaba ordenado, Domenico siempre estuvo atento, incluso nos sorprendió esperándonos en la estación de tren con su auto. La ubicación es genial, por que estas en una zona mas tranquila pero en Tropea todo es caminando. Lo pasamos muy bien 😀 gracias por todo querido Domenico!

The accommodation is in a perfect location for exploring the monasteries of Meteora. Communication with the host was easy and everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A great stay at Zeus Throne. Vasilis was friendly and responsive. The airbnb is in a great spot with an amazing view and very close to Timoni. The room had everything you'd need for a few nights away, although I'd mention the fridge is a bit noisy if you're a light sleeper like me! One thing to mention is that the location is at the end of quite a narrow and busy track - I'd be cautious renting a larger car if you're not confident with tight squeezes (fiat 500 or smaller) - Vasilis was very helpful guiding us through!

Wir haben in dieser Unterkunft 9 Nächte verbracht. Normaler Checkin wäre ab 15:00 Uhr gewesen. Aufgrund veränderter Flugzeiten durften wir jedoch frühzeitig um 12:30 Uhr mit unserer Ankunft schon einchecken. Der Aufenthalt war super angenehm, Zimmer sehr sauber und auch nach dem Pool hat man regelmäßig geschaut. Auch nach späteren verlassen des Zimmers wurde diese gereinigt. Die Sauberkeit möchten wir an dieser Stelle nochmal hervor heben. Wir wurden immer mit einem freundlichen Lächeln begrüßt. Wir haben absolut nichts auszusetzen und bedanken uns für die Tolle Zeit. Sollten wir wieder in Zakynthos sein kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Georgio was so friendly and welcoming and the delicious breakfast was an added bonus! There are amazing beaches within walking distance and lots of great tavernas at the harbour, only a 5 minute walk. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely place. The hosts have great taste and the decor is gorgeous. We were grateful that they allowed us to use the swimming pool. We would recommend having a car as there is only really one restaurant within walking distance which is worth visiting.

We stayed in the mill (honeymoon suite) for 10 days and everything was simply perfect. The mill is exactly like showed in the pictures. The resort has many facilities and its perfectly located to visit the island and reach the most famous/turistic towns and beaches. Lastly, Nikos and his family are very friendly and helpful to get you to live the experience at its best! Strongly recommended

Our stay was perfect…definitely a 10/10! The sea view was breathtaking, and the hosts (with their lovely dog ) were so welcoming and thoughtful, making us feel right at home. The whole place had such a relaxed and mediterranean vibe , it was the perfect getaway. Would love to come back!

I couldn’t recommend this villa highly enough. The place was pristine, comfortable, spacious and just a joy to stay in. It felt extremely private and had every possible amenity we could want. It was immaculately maintained and the host was responsive and helpful at all times. The location was great although we stayed at the villa most days as the pool was superb and as a couple we wanted to relax together. I would happily stay here again and only wish our stay had been longer.

We had a fantastic stay at Bardis Sun, and we couldn’t recommend it more! It was our first time in Corfu and we’ll most definitely come back to stay here again. The location is perfect - 2 minute walk from Arillas beach (a stunning sand beach) and plenty of restaurants to enjoy delicious local cuisine. The hotel is a peaceful haven set just back from the main road and is the ideal place to relax and unwind. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a nice balcony that overlooks the pool and a sea view. The best part is the wonderful family that owns and runs the hotel - they are so warm and welcoming, and make you feel right at home as soon as you arrive! Their hospitality is amazing, whether it is sharing recommendations of where to visit on the island, helping with requests (such as accommodating us with a later check out as we had an evening flight home), and sharing many stories and laughs over meals and drinks at the hotel bar/restaurant. We can’t wait to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay! Peaceful location away from all the noise and parties, with some restaurants nearby. The drive down was challenging, but that’s hard to avoid on this island I think. And there is the sweetest bar upstairs to drink some nice coffee after the climb. Markos responded quickly and helped us whenever we encountered problems. Would recommend!

Stayed a month and half here. Beautiful place, good value. You got netflix, good wifi. There is power cut sometimes. The kitchen was well equipped. So many eateries and supermarket for whatever you need. Bed and pillows are great standard. Bus stop straight in front of your apartment, for 40 lek you could go anywhere. Just use any bus with Ftohte label and off you go. Amazing beach to be by summer. Right in front of your apartment too!

Het is heerlijk rustig op de masseria, maar toch is het levendige Lecce met de auto dichtbij. Ook andere mooie plekken in Salento zijn makkelijk te bereiken. De kamers zijn echt super schoon. Irina en Alessandro waren heel erg aardig en behulpzaam. Kortom, een top accommodatie!

My partner and I stayed for a week at Corfu Star in Benitses - the apartments are at the older/quieter end of Benitses but only 10 mins walk or a couple of bus stops on Blue Bus 6 into Benitses centre. Corfu Star is a great location - just off the maIn street - close to cafe/restaurants/mini marts and a really lovely free beach which is just across the road thru La Dolce Vita Restaurant. La Dolce Vita supply umbrellas and loungers free to customers - so please support this great little Italian restaurant! The Blue Bus 6 stops right outside Corfu Star allowing you to go into Corfu and all stops on every 30 mins or so - you can get off Blue bus 6 at the Green Bus Terminal and for a few Euros get onto a number of different Green (country) buses to different locations on the island. Corfu Star has a small kitchenette area which is very basically stocked but enables you to cook basic meals - balconies are nice with chairs/table. Great location/good value for money - comfortable but basic!
