Iron Duff : locations de vacances

We had a lovely stay for a few days as a leap off point for some bigger hikes at GSMNP! The views are inspiring and the hot tub was the perfect remedy for our sore bones at the end of each day. We had fun playing pool and the fully stocked kitchenwares were everything we needed to cook up some good meals. Alan has been super responsive to any questions I’ve had and the stay couldn’t have been smoother. We wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future! Beautiful place!

Great little cottage within a short walking distance to downtown and very close to the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. Very clean house with everything we needed. We will definitely book again for our next train excursion.

We had a wonderful stay at William’s cozy cabin. The cabin was so very clean and comfortable and very nicely decorated. It was the perfect getaway! The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and more. William responds quickly to any questions you may have. We had such a great time that we asked to extend our stay for one more day.

We had a great stay at Barry & Sherry’s place! It was one of the only places I found that would let my 2 dogs stay without any extra rules. I will add that there is a dog that runs free across the road. I’m assuming to keep the wildlife away, which I am fine with just caught us off guard walking our dogs our first night there. Location wise its perfect! It was easy to get in and out to Asheville, and about an hour-ish to the waterfalls. I would recommend staying here especially if you have dogs.

Jen and Jessica were excellent hosts and the home is even more beautiful than the photos. Breathtakingly beautiful views of the mountains. Quiet and peaceful with a short drive to Gatlinburg. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck each morning and looked forward coming back to our home for the week each day to relax in the hot tub. We were able to enjoy watching two bear families, one with two cubs and the other with three from our deck each morning and evening! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us. It was absolute perfection♥️

clean and modern room with amazing view of Douglas lake from the private hot tub on the deck. Alicia was very quick to respond to any inquiries. We'll definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Exactly as described and worked great for our trip. Easy in and out of downtown Gatlinburg and Roaring Fork Road being right around the corner was perfect for drives to look for black bears. Had a wonderful time here!
