Silvia's Place is located in the heart of Cagliari, in the San Benedetto area. One bedroom for two guests with private bathroom and the other for two more guests with his own bathroom, make this place ideal for 2+2 people, and the spacious living room and the wide terrace make up for an incredible stay. Close to the local market and shops, my place is perfect to blend in with the locals, but provide you with an oasis in the sky to regenerate from everyday life, while enjoying Cagliari at 360º.

The Pandemic taught me a new way of hosting by organising the apartment as ideal base to work remotely with High Speed Fiber Internet and desk, using cleaning products approved by the health and safety ministry, having aircon/ heating system deep-claeaned and subsequnetly certified by a specialised firm. I am looking forward to my next guests!

La casa è stata costruita recentemente è luminosa e confortevole, dotata di area condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, ha la connessione a internet e uno spazio dove poter collegare un pc. La casa è situata a meno di un km dal mare , si può arrivare sia in macchina a soli due minuti, che in bicicletta . E' dotata di un bellissimo e curato cortile , ha una bella vista in una profumata pineta , dove si possono trascorrere dei momenti di relax.
