A walk-around terrace provides a nice hang out area in the shade of the house and also sports an outdoor dining table and a gas grill. A small pool sits on the North side where you can enjoy a Pina Colada while taking in the stunning ocean view and wildlife in the trees. The North shore also sports a couple of small beaches.
