Had a wonderful time. Richard was the best! Any questions we had he answered in a timely manner also, we had some issues at the house and he was there to address them. House was clean and suited our needs well. Love Port Royal. Loved the town and the preserve right next to the house. We would definitely stay there again!

Beach House + 2 Golf Carts - This Weekend Open

Beautiful retreat with an island feel. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts, the golf course and the gym. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the grill. We enjoyed visiting the island with the golf carts and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit outside.

What a fantastic stay. This house is wonderful. Super clean. Everything feels brand new. And the backyard was perfect. We used the fire pit and made s’mores. Thanks for a great host thinking of everything. Loved the place and will book again when we’re in town to visit our Marine recruit.

Midnight Moon Retreat

We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Easy walk to the oak tree lined bluff toward downtown Beaufort to shop and dine. Explore the surrounding areas of Bluffton, Hilton Head, St Helena’s Island and the beaches. Make sure to walk the Point to look at all of the centuries old homes. The home is wonderfully decorated with everything you need to cook a meal. The beds are comfortable and little amenities like robes, coffee, snacks and games. Looking forward to coming again soon!

Right smack dab in the middle of Edisto! Stone throws away from pool, playground and restaurant. Made for a nice and quiet short getaway to the beach for my family!

We had a lovely stay. Place was very clean, simple, comfortable with everything we needed. Loved being right on the beach. Crissy very responsve to answer any questions we had before our arrival and while we were there.

This is a beautiful house with lots of space, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and well thought out bedrooms. It's location is a short walk to the beach and only 5 to 10 minutes from dining, shopping and groceries. It's a great location for a large family or multi-family gathering.

This home was perfect for a large group/family…beautiful view of the lake & a quiet neighborhood!! We had all we needed for our stay…necessities in the kitchen & sleeping accommodations were great!!!Andrea was very nice & easy to work with !!We hope to return next year for our annual trip!!

The Happy Place just makes you smile when you drive up to it. It’s honestly picture perfect inside and out. Clean, very comfortable and fantastic location. We loved it.

Turtle Shores-Cheery home 2 blocks from the beach!

We had never been to Edisto Island it was very relaxing , beautiful surroundings , easy walk or bike ride to the beach ! Edisto is a great place to get away and relax. The house was comfortable and looked just like the pictures . If you’re looking to relax at the beach get away from your busy life , slow down , then Edisto is your place !

This was our second stay at the house, and we hope to keep coming back. House is comfy and clean and has everything you need. The peacefulness and beauty of the marsh, the birdsong, and the wind in the trees are balm to the soul.

We highly recommend Susanna’s cottage! This was our second stay at the cottage, and we plan to return in the future. We really enjoyed staying at the cottage because it is clean, well decorated and it feels like home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and we loved the walking trail located just a few steps from the backyard.
