This rustic second-story apartment features all-natural building materials, a closed bedroom with direct access to the bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a loft space with futon bed and terrace access. Perfect for one couple or for a family with children. The 2 people who sleep on the bedroom/mezzanine have to accross the main bedroom to go to the bathroom! Ce magnifique appartement est situé au premier étage de La Maisonnette , et donc s'appelle "La Maisonnette en Haut". Il est composé d'un espace séjour avec canapé confortable et fauteuil pour regarder la TV satellite ou naviguer sur internet (wifi), d'une table et quatre chaises pour vos repas, et d'une cuisine complète (cuisson gaz, frigo, lave-vaisselle, four, etc.). De ce premier espace , vous pourrez profiter de la vue sur le Lac à travers deux lumineuses fenêtres. Du salon vous accédez à la chaleureuse chambre fermée et équipée d'un beau dressing. De cette chambre, vous aurez accès à la salle de bain complète (douche avec double sortie d'eau!, wc, bidet et lavabo inséré dans une pierre). En montant à l'étage par un escalier au-dessus de la cuisine, vous trouverez un espace mezzanine avec un deuxième lit double, un coin bureau sous fenêtre lucarne (vue sur les collines), et l'accès à la magnifique terrasse dans le toit... Vue panoramique sur le Lac (et Isola Madre) et relax garanti en prenant un bain de soleil ou en sirotant un cocktail !!! Pour votre bien-être et dans le souci de respecter le côté ancien de la maisonnette, nous avons opté pour des matériaux naturels durant la rénovation, et donc vous serez entourés de pierre et de bois! Chaque détail de l'ameublement a été aussi pensé pour votre confort (meubles, luminaires, tissus, décoration...) L'accès à La Maisonnette est indépendant par une petite rue à pied, ou par le jardin de notre villa où vous pourrez garer votre voiture gratuitement. The hamlet of Binda is located just above Stresa. It is made up of antique village homes and narrow streets . You can walk down the hill to the lake and the town of Stresa in 10-15 minutes. La Maisonnette se situe à 5 minutes de la sortie d'autoroute "Carpugnino" (A26), et à 5 minutes en voiture de la gare ferroviaire du centre de Stresa (trains pour Lausanne, Bâle, Genève, Milan centre). L'arredamento nuovo e in stile vintage mantiene intatto il sapore un po' retro' della casa rendendo ogni spazio particolare e unico. L'apertura degli ingressi e' con codice per un check-in facilitato. Disponiamo di uno spazio per il ricovero di motociclette , biciclette o altro.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

L'appartamento PINETA si trova in centro di Stresa, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione e dal lungolago. Posizione tranquilla, con posteggio interno riservato, inoltre il supermercato si trova a 3 minuti. La posizione permette di muoversi liberamente a piedi; l'Imbarcadero dei battelli della Navigazione per le isole Borromeo è a soli 750 metri. Funivia per il Mottarone a 900 metri, dove si potrà discendere con la monorotaia Alpyland e raggiungere gli impianti sciistici. Golf Club a 3 km.

A tiny and charming ground floor of a guesthouse, fully equipped, dating back to late ‘800, just restaured, in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore. it is only reachable via feet. The romantic veranda, with glass walls, faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. It seems an english cottage, perfect for a couple with a son. The beds are a king one and eventually an extra bed.
