La casa è nella piazza più antica di Orvieto, San Giovenale con la stupenda chiesa romanica del XI secolo. Una Loggetta con vista mozzafiato sulla valle del paglia da dove scopre l'Amiata , il Monte Cetona ed il Monte Peglia. Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Terra delle Sidhe est une petite ferme biologique située dans le sud de la Toscane surplombant une belle vallée située sur les pentes du Monte Amiata, entre les villes médiévales de Castel del Piano et Seggiano. Un séchoir à châtaigniers vieux de 250 ans utilisé jusqu'à il y a 30 ans, le gîte que nous proposons est entouré d'une forêt de châtaigniers biologiques et d'oliviers centenaires. Cette charmante maison cosy elle a été rénovée avec amour avec goût et simplicité.

Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta. La villa è dotata di una sauna e un hot tube a legna privata nel bosco. Una casa progettata da uno dei migliori architetti del centro Italia ed è sapientemente arredata.
