Your experience of Kyrgyz culture is never complete without spending a night in a beautiful traditional luxury yurt made in Kyzyl-Tuu village. This special yurt is an exact recreation of the same yurt that was used by nomadic warriors 3000 years ago. All of this so you can travel back in time and experience the life of noads like Gengis Khan, Atiila the Hun and many before them. Barskoon guest house (Барскоон гостевой дом)

Traditional Kyrgyzstani Yurt, positioned on Gealogia mountain in Barskoon. Plenty of walking trails and hikes accessed from within the property. Yurt is spacious with one queen sized bed and two singles with its own toilet. Mountain views surround the property, and is also walking distance from all the main amenities in town. Traditional Kyrgyzstani cooking are part of the experience and available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Taxis are regularly available for access to the tourist sights.

Karakol Yurt Village

"Karakol Yurt Village" is a family project aiming to introduce Kyrgyz nomadic experience to solo travellers, couples and families, or just those who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Guests are welcome to stay in handmade traditional yurts (boz uy in Kyrgyz), try homemade dishes, handpicked fruits and berries and tea directly from a samovar! We also organize tours of Alakol lake, Altyn Arashan and Jeti Oguz. Welcome to the Tian Shan!
