Our chickens lay organic, fresh eggs, our heritage breed chicks hatch twice a year, our pigs supply food for several local families and our goats provide constant entertainment. This barn apartment was newly built in 2024. We are located 5 miles from Western Carolina University and strategically located within driving distance to many hikes and the Smoky Mountain National Park!

You’ll love this home because of the views, the coziness, woodburning fireplace, firepit, convenience and unique decorations ( I call it the museum in honor of my grandparents). In addition to two bedrooms, there are bunk beds in the loft for the kids. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
