This stunning 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom oceanfront condo, Surf Villas, is located in the gated community of Sawgrass Beach Club, minutes from fine dining and high-end shopping in Ponte Vedra Beach. The villa has breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and has been completely renovated and carefully decorated for our guests. The condo offers a king-size bed and a pull-out couch that can comfortably sleep four people. The patio is the ideal place to take in the fresh Florida air, relax and unwind.

Within a 5 minute walk you can find Whole Foods, Bonefish Grill, Chipotle, Marshall's, Panera, Bold Bean Coffee, several boutiques, a juice bar, and two nail spas. Easy access to JTB Boulevard (202), and less than a 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic & TPC Sawgrass.

Fabulously updated 1970 a-frame on the beach with many modern and luxury touches throughout. The lowest level is equipped with a queen size bed room, a sitting area (futon converts to a bed as well) with TV and a bathroom. The main level has a queen bedroom, bathroom, very comfortable living area with dining table to seat eight, the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay! The upstairs loft has two queen beds and a twin day bed. Outside, the ocean awaits!

Bring the whole family to this amazing 4BR/ 3.5BA beach house just 50 yards from the beach and 5 blocks from Casa Marina. Huge master suite with ocean views. 2 ocean-view balconies. TV's in every bedroom. Big, open, fully-equipped kitchen. Spacious gathering room with oversized couch and a 75" TV. Outdoor shower. Two-car garage with beach chairs, toys, and beach cart. Guest reviews routinely say that the house is even better than pictured/ described. Must be 25 or older to rent.

The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.
