Our 3 bedroom/2 bath home is located in a peaceful neighborhood in Isle Palms. Clean for Mayo patients, snowbirds, all guest Must be 25 years old to rent. This is a very quiet neighborhood no parties please. We are located 5 minutes from Mayo Clinic, less than 5 minutes from Jacksonville Beach. Publix, Walmart are very close to the house. There is easy access to Butler Blvd and I-295 that can lead you to St. Johns Town Center or any close travels. There are lots of restaurants. Extra CLEAN!!

Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests.
