The Diamond P is a peaceful retreat in the East Texas Piney Woods. This barndominium-style home also offers a wide covered porch, large patio with fire pit, tiki bar and hot tub where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature. Kids will love the tree house, or the play house tucked back in the woods. Sitting on twenty acres that include walking trails and a creek, it is perfect for a family reunion. Ambitious visitors can camp in the yard or wooded clearings and enjoy nearby Lake Palestine.

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

The Lakeside Lodge — Bring Your Own Boat and Rods

The Lakeside Lodge is a custom, hand-crafted home built five years ago with a family friendly atmosphere in mind. It sits on three acres on Lake Palestine and has plenty of lounging and dining areas on the wraparound porch and garage. Bring your own boat and tubes to use anywhere on the lake. This is the perfect weekend retreat to make precious friend and family memories! . The storage building is a converted room with 4 queen beds. Lovely Waterfront one bedroom one bathroom apartment. Perfect place to get away and fish, boat, bird watch or just relax. Privately placed at the north end of Lake Palestine. Nicely decorated with comfortable touches. Comes with a private patio deck and a waterfront dock with a covered boat slip. Please be sure to carefully read the directions section before your arrival. Lastly this is a lake front property, especially in the spring and summertime there can be a lot of flying insects.

(SMOKE FREE PROPERTY)This is our happy place and we hope you will love it, too! Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, decks, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. Not too far to FIFA WC matches (2:15 to AT&T and 3:00 to NRG).

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This tree house is sitting on stilts among trees where a beautiful oak tree comes through the elevated outside dining patio area. The tree house is located on our 15 acres of wooded property with approx. 1 mile in walking trails in the woods on the property for exploring and observing wildlife. Our guests frequently notice our deer and other woodland creatures who share this space with us.
