Thank you! We enjoy the place, ates/madams are very helpful offering everything and they are always cleaning the area. The place is very spacious. I hole that you change the check in and check out time depending on tides, because when we arrived we cannot enjoyed swimming in the front beach since it is very high tide with too much waves that makes water not clear until afternoon low tide. But when we check out at 10am the water in front beach is very calm and very clear water but we need to check out on time so we did not enjoyed the front beach. But very satisfied with the place! Will find this again soon!

Our stay at Casita Real was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The homey ambiance in every corner made us feel instantly comfortable, as if we were in our own little sanctuary. The space was clean, well-equipped and cozy, making every activity effortless, from preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen to unwinding in the bon fire area. One of our favorite moments was enjoying our breakfast on the beautiful patio, soaking in the peaceful and sunny surroundings. Even though our stay was short, it was truly refreshing and memorable. We can't thank Byron enough for his politeness and attention to detail. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend Casita Real to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! ☺️❤️💯

Victoria’s place was our home away from home for 3 days. The caretaker stays in the compound, so if any problem arises, it was easily addressed. Victoria was also very responsive for answering any of the questions I had. My family really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend her big house and will definitely be back there to stay whenever I’m in the area.

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

Brisa Verde is 10/10 for my friends and I. The bnb looked exactly like the photos, probably even better in person. The lot is very spacious & the houses were enough for 12pax. It’s very aesthetic & clean as well. Ate Lily & the other caretakers were very hands on, friendly and catered to our requests. One thing that sets this listing apart is that they offer catering. This made our trip very convenient, and the food served was great and worth the value. Will definitely come back & recommend to others as well! Kudos to our hosts & their team.

Donna was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The place, although quite old, was very clean and well-maintained. Some improvements that could make the stay even better would be adjusting the placement of the bidet for easier use, and lowering the shower controls on the second floor, as the switch is currently too high. I stayed at Ms Irene's BNB with a friend for Jhope's concert in MOA Arena last weekend. Her BNB was clean and as advertised. Shore 3 Tower 2 Guards were helpful and respectful. The unit was easy to locate and if you dont want to walk to MOA there are tuktuks and jeepneys going to MOA at PEA Road. Very accessible and sulit for concert goers like me whondoesnt want to be stuck in traffic and get rest after an awesome event.. Thanks Ms Irene.

The owner was very kind. Even though we arrived early, she arranged for us to check in. We stayed with our family of three and all of us had a comfortable 10 days.

I am very satisfied with my stay all my request was granted don’t believe on those bad comments about this place no prostitution going on in fact they are very strict the only problem I have is taking our luggage’s specially I am a senior citizen the guards cannot helped you at all but definitely we will used it again

The Moonlight Cabin was a beautiful spot for our family to relax, work, and enjoy each others’ company. We had a few children with us and they enjoyed the amenities just as much as us adults. We also loved seeing the chickens and goats! The caretaker was responsive as well as the host and host family.

I randomly checked out this accommodation and asked Paulo all the questions I had, which he answered very promptly. We were looking for a place away from buildings and vehicles, and this one was exactly what we were looking for! Just expect a 15-20 minute trek—there’s a caretaker who will guide you. When we arrived, it was raining, so be careful as the path can get slippery. But once you reach the place, it’s so beautiful. Overall, our stay was private, and both the host and the caretaker were very accommodating. The signal is intermittent, but that’s to be expected given the location. Tip: You may ask the caretaker to buy things you need, but be sure to maximize the effort he’s putting in, as it’s difficult to go back and forth. And of course, tipping is key! We’ll definitely go back! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The cabin was superb! We really liked the pool, the family computer, karaoke speaker, breakfast (for a fair price), the solar lights.. everything!! I would definitely recommend Ms. Mhelie’s place to my friends and family. She and Nanay Edith are very helpful and responsive to our queries. It’s like our home away from home. And what you see in the pictures is what you get. Just bring a mosquito repellant as you’ll be encountering quite a few. Nonetheless, we had a very memorable stay. Admin is friendly and responsive on our queries. The cabin is clean, homey, peaceful and aesthetic. Medyo mainit lang sa taas ng loft during the day pero sa gabi sobrang lamig naman. Mura na for its price na good for 16 pax :)kumpleto na lahat sa gamit kumot, towels, kitchen utensils, ref, microwave, electric kettle, also may kasama na libre kahoy for the fire pit. The cabin has its own mini pool but you can use also the public pool which is bigger for free. mababait din ang mga admin at caretaker they let us pick some fresh mangos for free. I will recommend this place

My friends and I had a great time staying at the Sylvan. The caretaker, Kuya Jeff was extremely helpful and proactive, he helped us tidy up, buy things from the sari sari store nearby and answered all our questions throughout our stay. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our whole group with lots of space to roam around to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the outdoor spaces like the kitchen/pool area and the balcony area as well. We really enjoyed our stay here overall and would definitely recommend the place for anyone looking for a cozy staycation near Tagaytay.

Our family had a great time staying here in La Casa Lorenzo. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs and requests. 5 stars also to ate the caretaker who took care of our needs. She was also very polite even when she had to call our attention to lessen our noise. I'd be happy to come back here and recommend them to family and friends.

We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

You have the option to rent the entire place for privacy, or you might meet a few other guests depending on your booking. There’s also a bonfire area, which was a cozy highlight during our stay. Pro tip: Bring all your food and cooking ingredients ahead of time. The nearest stores or palengke are quite far, so plan your meals and shopping list well. Overall, an amazing and peaceful getaway. Would definitely book again!
