We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

Our family enjoyed our stay! The listing is as described, but even much better in person with great views from the living and dining room, as well as the rooftop. In the morning you can wake up to a sea of clouds that Tanay is famous for. We were able to have a bonfire set-up at night and roasted hotdogs and marshmallows in the cool night breeze. House is clean and very spacious, very pet-friendly (we brought our 4 shih tzus), wifi was fast and reliable. We had everything we needed in their kitchen. They are also right beside restaurants so we could just walk next door to eat. The caretaker Ate Riza was very helpful and kind, and gave us buko juice upon our arrival. Naomi the host was very responsive to messages and inquiries and made booking their place a breeze. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous, with vibrant greenery and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it the perfect getaway if you want to relax. It’s also incredibly Insta-worthy – every corner seemed like a picture-perfect spot! Aside from the beautiful landscape, what stood out the most was the level of service of the staff. They were incredibly courteous and friendly, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time.

The place gave us privacy. It was small but fits all 15 adults and an infant. It’s clean and Bernard is responsive to all my questions. He is easy to deal with and friendly. All the amenities listed were there but had a minor issue with the videoke as it stopped working right after 2 songs but since my niece brought her portable one, we didn’t bother with it na. Will book again when I’m in town and need a place in Tagaytay. Thanks Bernard 😊

One of the best places to stay in Calamba. My family enjoyed the place. It was spacious and the rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool is big and the water is warm. Really warm which is good for muscle tension. The whole place felt like home. The caretaker, Kuya Richard is very friendly and accommodating. He’s very easy to contact. The place has a sort of doorbell that alerts the caretaker’s place. The host, Mr. Michael, is very responsive. He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the place and he answered my questions promptly. Overall it was a relaxing staycation. Will definitely come back.

Our group enjoyed Ms. Marsha's place! She's so kind that even though we broke something unintentionally, she said that we don't have to pay for it. Will definitely recommend this to my friends. Loved everything about the place!

The internet connection was reliable, which was a big plus for my needs. Highly recommended if you'll bring your elders! it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The place was perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16th bday. No karaoke so it was peaceful and quiet. We were allowed to play music and we’re very mindful to lower down the volume during late night. Lots of greenery. They allowed us to decorate the attic room where my daughter and her friends held their pajama party. No wifi but we already prepared pocket wifi and data and it was already mentioned in the property description. The host was very accommodating as well as their caretaker. Will definitely book again and also recommend!! :)

We had a great family getaway at Victoria’s beach house! The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the beach just a short walk away. The place was clean, spacious, and close to markets. Victoria was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Rome was a very responsive host and he accommodated our requests. Apart from the steep stairs to the mezzanine, we found the listing as we hoped for and we enjoyed our stay! The location is prime and we had everything we needed in the house. Thank you Rome for letting us stay here!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is private and peaceful, which made for a relaxing visit. Our room smelled fresh the moment we walked in. It was also nice that they provided kitchenware, shampoo, soap, and towels for guests. The Wi-Fi could use a little boost, but it wasn’t a major issue. Budget friendly with with free parking. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. And we have to mention BILLY—their adorable guard dog—he’s perfect! we wanna take him home 😍😍 While the location isn’t within walking distance to parks or malls, tricycles are readily available just outside for easy commuting. They also have a spacious parking area, which is a big plus. The Honesty Store was a great convenience too. The only minor downside was the air-conditioning—it’s a bit noisy, so if you're a light sleeper, it might disturb you. But for us, it wasn’t a big deal. We’ll definitely stay here again!
