For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

There is a small back patio outside the sliding glass doors in the living room. The private driveway can accommodate 2 cars.

There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and almost everything on the island is within a few miles. *No children under 13 without prior approval.* **We do have a 30-day minimum during some dates. You will find our house fully-stocked-we have stayed in many Airbnbs, and want to make sure you have what's needed, without being burdened with our belongings. LOCATION: Our home is located right between Charleston and Folly Beach - 12 minutes/5 miles to each. ISSUES? Our son & daughter-in-law live right around the corner, and care for the home.
