Sitting on 1.3 acres, the property is home to gardens, a tidal creek, and happy hens! It is quiet yet centrally located between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.

The Luxury Loft is perfect for one person or a couple. The stylish surfer vibe loft is adjacent to the main house with a separate entrance. Located 2 miles from Folly Beach, walking distance to a grocery store, and 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston. The Cozy Island Cottage is nestled under the shade of large live oak trees on James Island. Conveniently located 5 miles from Folly Beach and downtown, you are just minutes from the best Charleston has to offer. This beachy farmhouse cottage features 17 ft cathedral ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, live edge slab island bar top, over 250 sqft of outdoor living space with a hot private hot tub, a bedroom with queen on main floor, and loft with queen bed accessed by a spiral staircase.

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Indigo House Poolside Retreat

Bright, beachy and bohemian one bedroom pool house in the heart of James Island, 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and 15 from Folly Beach. Relax in a hammock under the covered pergola, float in the saltwater pool, and gather around the gas fire pit at night. Full kitchen, cozy king bed and a lush tropical backyard. Please note: we live here full time, so the private apartment is yours, but the pool and backyard are shared with our family.

Welcome to the Shanty! Located in a quiet, mid-century Charleston neighborhood at the end of a dead end street, and still just 4.5 miles to Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach! Whether you are here for play or work, you'll find the shanty a comfortable, convenient & chill spot for your stay.
