The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Goldcrest Lodge Wadhurst

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It is designed to blend in to its woodland setting, yet is bright and spacious with modern luxuries - perfect for a romantic break, a restful escape or for reconnecting with nature. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. Dog friendly.

Self contained double room in our detached garden annex with private off road parking and EV charging nearby. Equipped with a king bed, TV, waterfall shower and separate WC, hair dryer, kettle and mini fridge. Outside space with table and chairs for al fresco dining! Located close to the Ashdown Forest with plenty of country walks. We are a 15 minute drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells and an hour from London and the East Sussex coast. We are on hand in the main house for your convenience.

Set in the heart of the Weald countryside, this beautifully designed two-level luxury suite offers a peaceful escape for couples. The perfect get away for couples or solo travellers seeking rest, nature and a slower pace of life. Surrounded by rolling countryside yet within easy reach of some of Sussex’s most loved destinations. Tunbridge Wells and Ashdown Forest are a short drive away. This is an ideal base for exploring or simply unwinding, and best for those who drive, with secure off street parking.

Only 200 yards to open Forest and well known Horder Centre. Close to ‘Winnie the Pooh’ sticks bridge and Tea rooms. Although attached to main house with separate access and private parking with secluded cosy south facing terrace. Excellent road access to London and south coast with fast train service to London. Great location to explore SE.

Entire converted stone coach house

The Coach House is a newly converted, open plan space with very good internet connection in tranquil wooded location on the edge of the Ashdown Forest. It is adjacent to, but detached from the main house Fairstowe and is ideally suited for family occupancy or a couple. Guests have the freedom of having sole occupancy. A 2nd bedroom can be created by closing a multifold door where a single regular bed is provided for one guest and a single fold-out bed is available for a second.

Idyllic Shepherd's hut in a quiet secluded meadow

Cozy inside and with gorgeous views outside, if that sounds like a splendid mix, then set off for the high-weald area of outstanding natural beauty and a self-catering stay at Gabriel's Rest, a gorgeous little shepherd's hut set in a peaceful and tranquil corner of a Sussex meadow with its own little garden. This idyllic retreat is set at Pococksgate Farm. It's all very peaceful here, and a relaxing place to just chill out all by yourselves with no one else around you.

This Scandinavian style b&b accommodation with own entrance, is located in Crowborough Warren, an area of outstanding natural beauty and within walking distance of the Ashdown Forest. It is newly refurbished and has a private garden area with a beautiful view of the Ashdown forest. It's located a 15 minutes drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells, and approx 45 minutes from Eastbourne and Brighton. Should you wish to visit London, it is only one hour by train.

The Annex, a luxury self contained barn studio conversion is located in Ashdown Forest. With a high quality en suite thermostatic power shower, and secure private parking area, The Annex offers an extremely high standard of countryside living. With a luxurious sofa bed, single pull out bed and sumptuous White Company bed linen and towels, there is everything you need to immerse yourself in a calm environment, exuding interior designed soft furnishings.

Extending 1,900 sq ft internally and with exposed timber beams, the house is opposite a picturesque church, close to two lovely historic pubs, surrounded by ancient woodlands and open countryside, and 4 minutes by car from a train station with direct trains to and from London.
