Historic Schoolhouse Minutes From Jay Peak

After a long day of hiking, biking, or skiing, come take a swing at our charming historical cottage. Dating back to the mid 1800s it was one of the first schoolhouses in the area, today it is filled with all the modern luxuries one would need. Our quaint porch is perfect for bird watching or leaf peeping. The inside includes high ceilings, a bedroom and a cozy loft- both with queen beds. French culture is only a 10 min drive away; Vermont culture is abound with maple syrup and warm locals.

This condo lies in the heart of the original Jay Village, offering flexible living space for a family or group of friends. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, everyone can have the space that they need. Access via private entrance with a mud room for leaving all the outdoor gear, in summer and in winter. Enjoy free parking, outside space and a balcony with a serene view into the woods. Make the most of the resort activities (Water park, pool, golf, ice rink) for a fee to the resort.

Jay Mountain Retreat

Our modern home is just 8 miles to Jay Peak. We have long range mountain views, you can check if the tram is running and enjoy exquisite sunsets all from the couch. The loft upstairs has an open floor plan with a comfortable living space, bathroom and platform bed, where you can view Jay Peak conditions. We now have Starlink high speed internet. There are 8 private acres half woods half open meadow feel free to walk around the property and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature.

Townhouse at Jay with Sauna + Jacuzzi

Spacious 4 bedroom Townhouse that sleeps 10 people and is less than 1 minute to Jay Peak Resort. 2 bedrooms upstairs (each with Queen beds) and bunk room downstairs provides plenty of space for your family ski vacation. On the main floor is the kitchen, dining room and a living room with a fireplace. If you need to sneak in some work, there is a office room, equipped with a twin bed and smart TV. Warm up in the steam sauna or jacuzzi bath after a long day on the mountain.

Sugar Hill

Come and embrace the majestic beauty of Vermont from Sugar Hill, a quaint log cabin nestled on 24 acres of beautiful countryside. Enjoy the views of the Canadian mountains from the front porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine; or wander around the pasture or woods behind the cabin. Close to both Jay Peak and downtown Newport, you can enjoy all those locations have to offer, or simply relax. Please note that the stairs to the 2nd floor are steeper than usual.
